Called 6 times to service my car and never got to talk to the service person Jose. At one point one of the sales people said was walking my message but they never returned the call. Very disrespectful on this and all appts including purchase. Waited 3 hours for an oil change..no apology, no explanation. This even though I had an 8:30 am appointment that I was early for. Pre-pandemic times this dealer was my top choice. Now the service quality has gone down a lot. Slacking on the customer service interaction and also the quality of the service dept’s job. My non-special requ service quality has gone down a lot. Slacking on the customer service interaction and also the quality of the service dept’s job. My non-special requests were poorly met so only because I have a service contract with this dealer i have to come back one more time in the future but afterwards would be taking my business somewhere else since this dealership’s new standards are no longer worth the drive. It's been a little over a year since I purchased my vehicle and this is the best experience I've had so far. Drop off was easy and I received my car back in just a few hours as promised. However, I requested that the windshield wipper fluid be checked and that my car be washed, but neither one was done. I understand that the car wash may not have been opened due to Covid-19, but a regular maintenance check normally includes checking the fluids on the car. Lipton Toyota always rolled out the red carpet when I took my Corolla for any type of service, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐service. A year later and I'm still waiting on that type of service from Rick Case Hyndai for my Elantra. 🤔 More

Worst service ever, I booked an appointment at 9:00 for an oil change. They made me wait for two and a half hours, I had an appointment why did I have to wait so long????
