My family & I have gotten over 10 vehicles from this location, but NEVER AGAIN. Over the years the customer service has gone down to the point of non-existence. Tom in the service department is the ONLY person in the entire building that even tried to listen; he's honestly too good to work there and should probably seek employment at a dealership that matches his customer service standards as they are far superior to his colleagues. Bill for example, in "management " was the most condescending person I've ever dealt with as a customer. He literally had the audacity to ask if I knew how a screw worked; I'm not saying it's because I'm a woman, but I'm pretty sure that conversation would have gone differently if I was a man. I understand you already have my contract on file and I'm locked into dealing with you until the end of this lease but I look forward to being set free from a company who clearly DOES NOT value their loyal customers. Me, personally, have had 5 cars from this dealership in the last 13 years and Bill decided to literally shoo (hand gesture) me away from the managers desk; very unprofessional - not sure how he made it to managementst status. Not to mention, it took well over 30 minutes to get anyone in the service department to even answer the phone; forcing me to listen to that prerecorded message on a loop. This message talks about "no appointments needed" & "free car washes" whenever but that's a flat-out lie. Their car wash has been broken for months (probably over a year by now) & when someone finally did answer she said I couldn't been seen until the 17th. When I tried to re-explain the urgency of the service need all she did was repeat "we can't see you til the 17th"; so I decided to go to the dealership & test out the whole no appointments necessary thing. I was seen, but I also saw how NOT busy they were, so why'd it take so long to answer the phone & why not give me the option to come in now since I needed to see a tech urgently? Completely unhelpful and the total opposite of service. She did nothing but try to fill in a date, there's literally App's for that, so you're wasting money on her useless position. Money that could be spent retraining the rest of your staff on how to problem solve for [once] LOYAL CUSTOMERS. It's extremely disheartening to be treated as less-than in an establishment where you have spent THOUSANDS upon thousands of dollars...but lesson learned - this will be my last car from here & anyone I can advise away from his dealership I absolutely will. I would hate to think the lack of respect shown to me as a customer has anything to do with me being a minority woman in the lgbt community, but in 2020 who really knows. BUYER BEWARE- Once they have your contract$ done they couldn't care less about your customer service experience. More
