Horrific service department. had an appointment for regular maintenance which they offer for free if you bought the car there: when I arrived they told me it will take a couple hours (3-5 hours) althou regular maintenance which they offer for free if you bought the car there: when I arrived they told me it will take a couple hours (3-5 hours) although I had an appointment. Don't fall for their freebies. They in the end don't honor them. Left. I will go to a normal service facility where I can get that done in 15 minutes. Even if I have to pay for it, that is worth my time I would otherwise sit around at the dealer. They lost me as a customer totally. Never will go back there, for service or a new car. More

The service department doesn't answer the phone. I've called an 844 and a 954 number over 40 times and it rings until it drops and hangs up.
