OK where do we start: The initial sale went good, after the sale is when it all went down hill. After the sale, promises were either not met or not met on time. The dealership lost our entire contract but the sale is when it all went down hill. After the sale, promises were either not met or not met on time. The dealership lost our entire contract but managed to get our finance deal started, but failed to provide a way to make a payment despite the many request from us, telling the dealership we had no way of making our first payment. After many unreturned calls we were finally able to make arrangements directly with the Rick Case Dealership in order to avoid a late payment, via credit card. Unfortunately Rick Case never forwarded the money to Hyundai finance. Consequently, late charges and threats to repossess our car followed from Hyundai Finance. We have a perfect credit record and are now being told, by Hyundai finance, that this is affecting our credit rating. In addition, despite our several attempts to rectify, our temporary tag expired for several days before we got the proper registration from the dealership. Requesting to speak to supervisors or managers were never answered. Dealing with Rick Case Hyundai has been, and still is the worst car buying experience we have ever encountered. We would never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More

My experience with this dealership, and the individuals, go back to the first weekend they opened this store. This is my 3rd purchase in two years and I have dealt with the same individuals. That tells me both the owner and employees are committed to their profession and do it well. I walked in, was greeted warmly and before we began looking at vehicles I was asked several questions by Adbel so he could begin the process of selecting a vehicle that would best suit my needs. We drove several vehicles and I chose one. There was some negotiation, but when we finalized I was pleased with the trade-in offer and the final price of my new Genesis. Fast forward one year later and I visited the showroom again. I dealt with Abdel and Fares once again and had the deal finalized in one hour. I also met Steve Mareno who processed the paperwork. I found him to be highly organized and professional as well. Just this past week I decided to replace a second vehicle and my only thought was to call Abdel. I am now the proud owner of a Sonata Hybrid, thanks in large part to the dedicated team I have come to think of as my friends. I highly recommend Rick Case Hyundai to anyone looking for one of the best manufactured line of vehicles on the road today. By the way - my year old Genesis? It has been back to the dealer for two oil changes (Service Department gets high grades as well!) and NOT ONE issue with the vehicle's performance or operation. And don't forget the bonus points you earn for being a customer. It allows you to earn points that can be applied to purchases in the parts department. I have taken great advantage of this added bonus. More
I originally left my 2012 Hyundai in for servicing. Donovan called me and suggested upgrading because of my milage. He then took my husband and I out to the lot and showed me the possibilities pointing out some of the improvements that had been made. Once we selected the car that we liked, he worked out a payment that I was happy with. The paperwork took far less time than ever and we were in and out of there in under 3 hours!! More

I was sure that, with my credit situation, there was no way I could buy a new car for zero down, under 4% interest, at a payment that I could actually afford, but I'm happy to say I was wrong.
