Thank you I drove into the dealership on Sat 6/7/2014 to have the A/C checked on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I was not looking to trade my car in. BUT .... I was i I drove into the dealership on Sat 6/7/2014 to have the A/C checked on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I was not looking to trade my car in. BUT .... I was introduced to Donnie Barnes. He was very informative and helped me UPGRADE. I drove the 2014 Elantra that was a step up from what I had, but I was not fully convinced to trade. He then had me drive a 2014 Sonata. I was excited. I loved the handling of the car and the added space. So we talked more. He helped me pick out what color I wanted and we finalized the trade. I went back in this morning to get the tints done on my windows... Very satisfied customer here. This is my third Hyundai!! I was very impressed with the patience and professionalism that the staff had. I will be recommending Rick Case Hyundai to everyone I know. Thank you Donnie and staff for all that you did. More

My Great Experience My experience at your dealership was wonderful. Mr. Jaehrling introduced himself very professionally and showed me exactly what I was looking for. He stayed within my price range, the features were what I wanted, and the style blew me away. Mr. Jaehrling walked me through the buying process from the beginning to end and I must say it was easy and efficient. Then, he introduced me to Mr. Saleh. Mr. Saleh was very thorough with all the financial figures. He explained all the great warranties that Hyundai offered. He explained in detail all the forms and the final breakdown of my monthly payments. Plus, I got a great interest rate!!!!!!!! I want to Thank Donovan and Malik for everything. They both are great team players and they work well together. I've already spoke to a few co-workers about my experience and I hope they will experience the same professionalism I experienced. I came in for servicing but left in a new car Well, my 2011 Elantra Touring had a recall notice and a few other maintenance issues, so I came in for servicing. While there, Tom Krizanic mentioned he'd give me a good deal in trade, if I wanted to look at a new Sonata. Donovan took me on a test drive and showed me all the features of the new Sonata. I made an offer and Tom accepted it; even made it a little better, by rounding down to the nearest 1000. Ted pushed through the paper shuffle in a matter of minutes and, bam, soon I'm home showing the new car to my wife. She loves it. I did good! More

Just before visiting Rick Case in Plantation, I went to a Hyundai dealer in Miami... I was lied to and promised impossible things and numbers that simply could not be met. So, because I live in Miami, I wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to waste my time driving 50 miles up north, I called Eddie and asked him about the probability of me walking out with the deal I wanted and he said that I was going to walk out of there with my car and he kept his promise. He made everything extremely easy and it was even more noticeable after such a negative experience at Kendall Hyundai. There is one thing to be learned and my message with this email, companies are successful because of their employees. Not only did Eddie make a sale in the simplest way possible but he sent me to Malik who made the finance process a fast, accurate and fair one to say the least. He offered me what he knew we needed and explained things thoroughly in a language we all understood. Because complaints are made everyday and measures are taken to improve customer service, I think this is a great opportunity for Rick Case Hyundai to recognize the impeccable work of these two employees: Horacio Andrade and Malik Saleh. Although I have a pretty low credit score they were able to accomplish this so I could walk out with a brand new car the very same day. They were professional, courteous, and very friendly with my mother and I. I would definitely recommend the dealership and the salesman Abdel Mahmoud to anyone interested in a hassle-free car buying experience. More
