I went to the dealership immediately. I just brought a car for my mother's 50th birthday this pass March. Donnie was my salesman; he did such an A-Class job I felt like his very own son. Thus, I requested for him to be my sale man again. They worked the numbers out and I was able to afford it. I had to go up on my payments. However, I am not stressed out about it at all. They did not put me out of my means. I am just so humbled these two gentlemen made my dream come true. By the way Chris in service worked on all my cars and he really knows his stuff and helps me to keep my car running brand new. Thank you all! More

Honest, Helpful and Informative I was looking for a new/used car and I was told wonderful things about Hyundai's. Donnie Barnes is by far the most amazing sales person that I know. His customer service skills are over the top, he cares about people period. Mr. Barnes takes serving customers to a complete different level of superb excellence. Mr. Barnes has absolutely no idea that I was going to write a review regarding him but I feel like this, when you have an employee like Mr. Barnes, someone should know because people like himself do not exist, or if they do it is very scarce. I'm asking if you could please share this with Mr. barnes as he is simply THE BEST and he always kept me encouraged even when the deal looke totally impossible. I have to admit, I really gave Donovan a very hard time, although he was trying to help me I still gave him a rough time. Donovan never once got frustrated with me, all he said was, "okay Mrs. Jackson, give me a few minutes and I will get back with you, don't worry". Donovan worked all Saturday morning for I know at least 3-4 hours until he got me where I needed to be. I just want to say that Donovan's customer service communication skills are outstanding and I'm here to tell you to PLEASE keep Donovan employed at your establishment because he is a person that makes Rick Case Hyundai stand out as number 1. Donovan did not have to do what he did for me and put up with my "not understanding", but you know what he did and for that I am very GRATEFUL to him and for him! I am hoping that everyone in your finance department is as good as Donovan because if not, this waould be a sure dissapointment.
