The best car shopping experience Donnie was so helpful in getting me into a new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. He was patient in showing me all the features and laying out all my options which Donnie was so helpful in getting me into a new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Took Forever to finish paperwork At first was so happy with Abdel, he was great and delivered deal price as promised, no complaints with him. He was busy the day of purchase/lease and I was then handed off to other sales person, who was new but nice. It them turned into a marathon day, 4-5 hours of waiting!!!! Why??? I leased my Infiniti in an Hour??? Purchased Volvo in 45 minutes!!! Took hours to get through with finance department and my credit is practically perfect. Micheal was great once we got to do the paperwork and he is truly a professional. Then had issues with car immeadiately after delivered, a known defective headlight and a flat tire. Tire was fixed and tires then aired up to 50PSI, very unsafe. Could of ruined all four tires plus once clean car was returned dirty!!! I had to do all the followup and problem is still not resolved. Was never explained the rewards program that Rick Case offers. Cannot recccommend this dealer at this time. I would love a Genesis sedan but with the superior treatment I receive from Weston Volvo, its hard to leave for what I have experienced so far....Thank you... This dealership has great staff, just needs better management! More

Happy Day I went to perform oil change to my old elantra and after 30 minutes there I was leaving the dealer in my brand new Elantra 2017!!!!!
