The good guys I thought my expirience at rick case was good. I did feel slightly pressured to get a car that day rather than thinking about it and coming back after I thought my expirience at rick case was good. I did feel slightly pressured to get a car that day rather than thinking about it and coming back after I made a decision. However I still felt like it was right. My payments are way higher than I wanted. But I also went in for a used Nissan rogue and walked out with a new hyundai accent so I'm not dissapointed at all. I just have to be more on top of my game. But I like the people at rick case. Defiantly good guys over there.. More

Buying experience It was a fair experience. After going through this review, I realized there was many things I did not experience as part of the purchasing process. Th It was a fair experience. After going through this review, I realized there was many things I did not experience as part of the purchasing process. The driving test was on a back road and not in traffic, I didn't get a tour or review of the engine, transmission or service maintenance etc. The agent was flexible; my mother couldn't finance this vehicle on her own, and they were flexible to allow me to cosign with her to get a lower monthly payment. Overall it was a fair experience. We needed a new car and bought a new car. More
