Great Overall experience! I had found the Elantra Eco that I wanted on Auto trader and called Rick Case to set up an appointment to see it. When I arrived promptly at 9AM, I wa I had found the Elantra Eco that I wanted on Auto trader and called Rick Case to set up an appointment to see it. When I arrived promptly at 9AM, I was told the salesman I was scheduled to meet with was still 45 minutes away. Luckily Donnie Barnes was there to help me out. He was very friendly and helpful right from the start. He found the car I wanted and I test drove it within a few minutes. I loved the car and when we got back to the dealership he showed me a lot of the features on the car. I could tell right away that Donnie's knowledge of Hyundai vehicles is very extensive. He negotiated a price for me that I finally agreed on, and then proceeded with the paperwork. After that was done, he had the car detailed and fueled up in a timely manner and I left a happy customer that will be sure to return. I will be referring my friends and family to Donnie for all their future car needs. More
