We found Michael Gaitan to be a bright and likeable sales person. He greeted us when we arrived and made us feel comfortable with your company. We explained that we were interested in a 2012 Sonata. We told Mike we positively wanted a white exterior color since the car will be sitting in the sun outside our condo. Mike immediately went to make sure that there was a white vehicle in stock since it appeared that one had been delivered by truck that very morning. He rode us on the golf cart to see the car and went over the features inside and under the hood. We were impressed with the Sonata. We were able to come to an agreement on the purchase of the car. The bottom line is we love the Sonata and are very satisfied. We highly recommend Rick Case Hyundai and your capable salesman Mike Gaitan. More

The guys I worked with were all very friendly and nice, certainly helpful and informative. I want them to make a decent profit but I also want to know that I got the best deal possible. I took the car in black even though I wanted it in white, since it was pretty clear from my research and theirs, the white in the higher end model was not going to be available in South Florida. The only thing I did not do was remember to give them one of my credit cards so I could get some airline points since I paid with a check. More

I was bringing my Tuscon for an oil change and while I was giving the tech my information, my son, Joey, was looking around at cars to pass the time. When I finished, I went to look for him and someone (Andy) came in a golf cart beeping at me to get my attention. I thought I was maybe in the way of him passing, but he came looking for me to bring me to the area where my son was. Joey saw the Sonata and fell in love with it. I said I didn't think we could qualify for another vehicle, but Andy said let's try. So after looking at several vehicles, we went to the office and Feres helped us get Joey into a new car! The brand new 2012 Sonata isiIn his name as a co-signer! I thought his credit wasn't too good, but Feres, (who was also helping us), said it was fine. I couldn't believe it. Then after looking at the APR I was paying, he asked me if I wanted to trade my car in too. I was a bit confused becasue my Tuscon was only 7 months old. I never in a million years thought I could do that, but he made it happen. Not only is my APR 5.9 from 16, but I'm in a larger, more expensive vehicle - a Veracruz - and my payments are lower!!!! I can't thank them enough for all of their help. The entire staff there was remarkable! I'M TELLING EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Purchased a perferred Hyundai Azura used auto in March. I had an electricial problem in March. They said something in the lighter caused it to pop a fuse. Then in July the radio went out. The dealer I had an electricial problem in March. They said something in the lighter caused it to pop a fuse. Then in July the radio went out. The dealer reviewed and said it was the wiring hareness, they re-examined and said it was the amp. This was after over 1 week of having the car. This was denied by warranty even though it happened originially with 30 days of purchase. They have refused to repair, NOW SAYING, radios are only 3 years, 36,000 miles. Well, when I purchased the Hyundai salesman said the car had a 100,000 mile warranty. Never was it broken out as drive train, etc. until I had a probem. And when it was just the fuse, an inexpensive repair, they fixed, it was electricial. Now that it is a costly repair, they deny. More
