Bikes in good condition are being collected at all Rick Case Automotive Group locations and then donated to a child in need for the holiday season. I enjoyed my experience at the Fort Lauderdale dealership because it was easy and painless. Steve Marks was very nice, and not your "typical" salesmen. It was a great experience to purchase from Rick Case FLL. Alvaro was very polite and helpful. He got us exactly what we wanted and did an excellent job explaining all the features. We had a "no-nonsense" wonderful experience dealing with Marty first and then finalizing with Ted. They both are easy to work with, and will be highly recommended by us. The dealership is nice and everyone we came in contact with was super nice from opening the doors for us, to saying hi when passed by. But Marty made our experience priceless. We were under alot of stress at the time of purchase due to the passing of our son from cancer, and by making this purchase painless and stress free did alot for us. More

Everyone in the dealership - from service, to custmer service, to sales, to finance - is helpful and friendly. Tom Owen has helped over the years with my now former car, the 2003 Hyundai Sonata. I let Tom know that I wanted to talk to someone about a new Hyundai recently, when I came in for an oil change in June 2012. I did not want to buy a car that day, just get information. Mo C, Marty and Fares let me look around and provided me with information on the new Elantra and Sonata. I decided that I would prefer an Elantra. I returned 5 days later and met with Mo C, and I left the dealership with my new car. More
