Bikes in good condition are being collected at all Rick Case Automotive Group locations and then donated to a child in need for the holiday season. Great experience with Andy Taylor. Since we had a bad experience when we bought a used 2010 Sonata from this dealer and it turned out to be a lemon. The problems were never resolved so we thought we woul experience when we bought a used 2010 Sonata from this dealer and it turned out to be a lemon. I did not enjoy haggling over the price, dealer fees, and leather seat options. Other dealers quoted me lower prices to start with, and eventually you came down. We received nothing but excellent customer service from the minute we walked in the door. Our Sales Consultant and the Finance Manager were both very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our vehicle was delivered spotless clean and in a timely manner; and our Sales Consultant made sure to go over all the features before we drove our car home. There is nothing that needs improvement at this dealership. They offer an excellent selection of vehicles at competitive prices and all around great car shopping experience from beginning to end. Everyone involved worked hard to find me the exact car I wanted. Leroy worked with my friend Bob Prince to find my car because apparently there are not that many available with all the aspects that I wante wanted. Donovan and Ozzie were very quick about handling things so I didn't have to spend 5 hours sitting filling out paperwork. Donovan educated me on how all the bells and whistles worked. It was the quickest but most efficient car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone involved was very nice and seemed very happy to be doing what they were doing. And I love my new car. More
