On November 13, 2012 I was a victim of a hit and run accident and my car was totaled. I needed a car immediately, because I work and go to school full time. I contacted Malik Saleh at the time he was a accident and my car was totaled. I needed a car immediately, because I work and go to school full time. I contacted Malik Saleh at the time he was a car saleman and he told me to come to the dealership the next day. Little did I know I was going to be treated like a brother by Malik and a son of Fares Abualuam. They did not cease to get me into a car. All I wanted was a car that was running well and I was looking into a used car. I did not even imagine driving away in a brand new 2013 Sonata Turbo.They worked tirelessly with every bank they could to work out a deal just for me in my budget. Simply because they heard my story of what happened to me. I literally was moved to tears of joy. Fares and Malik told me that if I paid my payments on time and take good care of the car they will try to upgrade my car, give me a lower interest rate, and keep and/or lower my payment five to six months later. On April 29, 2013 Malik called me and told me that he would like me to come into the dealership. Once again, little did I know Fares and Malik (now a finance manager) remembered their deal with me. I honestly forgot and was content with my car. This time I met two more great men Omari Samuel which was my saleman and Orlando Martinez another finance manager. All four of them toiled and labored to get me into a 2013 Sonata Turbo Limited. They paid off my loan, got me a lower interest rate from a 14.9 down to a 3.9 and the same payment. I really feel blessed, honored, and humbled by their work ethic. I am not even a relative in anyway or form. I feel like one now. Business is business no matter what but what makes any business successful is touching each person life that comes into your business. They are smart, they all know how to do their just well. They all lead me step by step through the deal. I learned so much from this gentlemen. I told them I wanted rubber mats inside the car and they gave me cloth and rubber mats! Fares Abualuam, Orlando Martinez, Malik Saleh, and Omari Samuel are the people to see at this dealership. There are still good people in the world! More

I have to attribute that to Ozzie and Jimmy, two role models for the rest of the staff and boy is it ever working. Sometimes in life everything aligns and greatness happens. Mr. Rick Case you have a great thing happening in your Fort Lauderdale showroom and you shoud be very proud. It makes this family proud to drive a Rick Case Hyundai. (our second one) The team is organized, without being obsessive. Determined without making you nervous. Relaxed, even at closing time. We just stopped in expecting to view the Hyundai cars since friends of our were touting their new purchase. He definitely made the right suggestions for us, even when our heads were turned the other way. We wound up smiling all the way home and that's all we've been talking about since yesterday - our beautiful new Sonata. Mo is a GREAT salesman. Please don't loose him. We expect to return someday and will be looking for him. Additionally, we could not believe the professionalism of Malik Saleh, who is way beyond his years in maturity. He made our financing segment a pleasure and when he finished with us, we knew he had done all he could to make our deal the sweetest and most troublesome free that we've ever experienced. We were also thrilled with the maintenance packages he gently suggested and once he explained all the features of both service packages, it was a no brainer for us... we had to have them. My friend and I came together to your dealer ship..he made us fresh popcorn and got us soda's. He used the golf cart which enabled my elderly friend the opportunity to see the cars I was interested in, rather than have her sit in the showroom alone. He also took a chair from the showroom outside for her to sit. Two things regarding finance, I don't recall the gentleman's name. Although he was very thorough, I will say that I was not aware that I would have nothing in my hand regarding the Vehicle Service Contract that I opted to purchase...the contract states, " This completed registration page, together with your Vehicle Service Contract Coverage Booklet, constitues your complete contract". I did not receive any Service contract booklet. also, it was not explained to me that there was a deductible of $100 per repair visit, or an option of "$50 disappearing" deductible...what is that and why was it not offered to me? The second thing was I also purchased the MPP- Maintenance Service plan - I did not notice that I would not have the info until 4-6 weeks after purchase, re-reading all the documents after I was home. I recall that he wrote benefits of one or the other of these plans on the back of a piece of paper, such as ...hard to recall but i mainly opted in as he indicated that any paint scratches, chips , dings etc would be taked care of. Unfortunately I didn't write the items down, so I have no way of comparing what I receive in writing as opposed to what he verbally told me and scratched out on the back of a piece of paper. I kow better than that, but as I said I was unaware that I would not have this info in my hand upon completion of the purchase. Lastly, there was no "Lemon Law" handbook in the glovebox. I will advise you that the gentleman handling my financing did sparsly mention the lemon law but when i indicated that i was aware of what it is, i.e. 3 times//repairs for the same problem, he indicated that you like to say "5 or 6 times" for resolution, I don't believe that your permitted to usurp the law, but then again, it was only verbal communication. Again, there was no booklet in my vehicle. More
