I cannot state how pleased I am with the attention, courtesy, and willingness to meet my terms for a vehicle purchase. The vehicle itself has all the amenities and appointments I wanted for a price that was unbeatable. So although I didn't intend to buy yesterday, I drove a '11 V8 Genesis off the lot. What I want to stress is the customer service and homework that my Sales Consultant, Aron Vincze did. I had spoken to him barely an hour before I ended up at the dealership. He knew that I was looking at a '12 Maxima to replace the older Lexus I had. Within the hour, Aron had done research and was able to point out to me and my wife all the similarities and differences between Lexus, Maxima and the Genesis I was looking at. I was very impressed with his diligence and ability to find out what I wanted in a vehicle and what made the most sense to me as a customer. I was also very happy with his straightforwardness and appreciated the no high pressure approach he took. I would and will recommend this dealership, vehicle and sales person to my friends and my colleagues! More

I returned the car because I could not afford the payments after the third time of them redoing my paperwork. They kept my deposit and said I went over the mileage?
