Curtis Wilson, our salesman, was very friendly, helpful and effective. He took care of us and all the paperwork and handled the sale very professionally. As one of the guide books was missing from the car, he promised to procure one from the company and actually put it in the mail for us. He fully delivered and kept his promise. And we are now in possession of the guide book. He was knowledgeable and as needed did research to find answers to our questions. He asked that we stay in touch with him about any need we might have in the future regarding our car. Based on my excellent experience, I highly recommend using Curtis's services. I'm thankful for his excellent services. More
Rick Case Hyundai is Awesome! I bought 2 new Hyundais between October 2011 and January 2012 and the second purchase was largely due to the experience of the first purchase. I have worked with 3 employee between October 2011 and January 2012 and the second purchase was largely due to the experience of the first purchase. I have worked with 3 employees during the two purchases and all 3 of them were phenominal: Curtis Wilson, Ronald Adamson, and Alex Dos Santos. They were all attentive, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Curtis in particular went far beyond the call of duty by spending over an hour with my son, helping him learn to drive a manual which he never drove before. Curtis was patient and spent a lot of time just making sure that my son was putting himself in the right car for him. Once the decision was made and the terms were all agreed upon, Curtis even drove all the way to Augusta on New Years Eve in order to get the car my son wanted in time for him to take it back to his military base in North Carolina. I have called each of the employees to ask questions and my questions were always responded to promptly. They followed up repeatedly after each purchase to ensure our satisfaction and I always felt welcome to call any of them with additional questions if they should arise. I can't imagine a car dealership exceeding the service and attention I received during my visits. More

I went into Rick Case Hyundai in late August and was looking to trade my 2011 BMW in for a new Genesis. In all honesty, I had some credit issues that I was very upfront and honest about and was assured looking to trade my 2011 BMW in for a new Genesis. In all honesty, I had some credit issues that I was very upfront and honest about and was assured by both my sales person and the finance manager that they could get me approved with no problem. Let me start by saying that I was extremely specific in saying that I did not want my credit run more than 1 time and only through Hyundai. I have a credit alert through Equifax that alerts me every time there is an inquiry on my credit report. Not only did they "shotgun" my credit through about 20 finance companies and still could not get me approved, I was stupid enough to go back a second time about 3 weeks later after I cleared up some things that were incorrect on my credit and they re-ran it again 7 more times!!!!! I am not a deadbeat that doesn't pay their bills, I am a very stable individual that has 17 years of solid job history and a rock solid history of car credit. Without delving to much into my personal life, lets just say that like so many other people, I tried to help my family and it cost me my credit in doing so. I have such a bad taste in my mouth for any Rick Case Dealership that I will tell anyone and everyone not to buy from them. They were dishonest and did exactly what I very clearly told them NOT to do. I have since purchased a 2012 Audi Q5 with 2.9% interest and just traded it for a 2012 Audi S4 on a fantastic lease deal. I am generally not one to give negative reviews, but my experience was so terrible that I feel I need to share this with you. I absolutely will never recommend anyone I know to Rick Case Anything. My experience with Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth, Ga was extremely horrible. I went in on Wednesday to trade in my very good condition 2007 Lexus GS 350 for a 2012 black on black Veloster. At first Mr. Rost extremely horrible. I went in on Wednesday to trade in my very good condition 2007 Lexus GS 350 for a 2012 black on black Veloster. At first Mr. Rostentein wanted me to pay $1500 out of pocket for the car which was a no deal. So after hours of negotiating we finally agreed on a title for a title. Then he tells me the car will be here on Friday. Friday came and went and still no car. After waiting around all weekend the car finally comes on Monday. But unfortunately the car interior was red! I was then talked into keeping the car to see if the red interior would "grow on me". Two days later I brought the car back because it did not grow on me. I asked Mr. Ronstentein if they could changed the interior color to black and he said they could for $1500. I politely told him no because it was not my fault the wrong color car was ordered. Two hours later I asked for my Lexus and the title back and he said ok but I would have to pay a restocking and reconditioning fee of $599. I called my lawyer immediately and was informed that was BS and the dealership was only trying to make money off of me. After being constantly lied to and haggled I told him no and patiently waited another hour for the keys to my Lexus. As a military Veteran I was hurt, disappointed and highly pissed off that the Rick Case Hyundai of Duluth, Ga would give me such a hard time of simply changing the interior of a car that THEY wrongly ordered. Buying a car is supposed to be a great experience but it was a nightmare. I hope Steven Rostenstein does not continue to take advantage of people and especially Veterans. More

Now I am the owner of a very nice car and I could not be more happy with how accommodating the customer service provided by Curtis and others involved at Rick Case Hyundai were. I usually would never again buy from a dealership because of bad past experiences resulting in small claims court. This experience however has given me hope of a better way to buy. I recommend Curtis Wilson to anyone looking for a high end sales experience from a personable, friendly and knowledgeable sales guy. More

I am having a great experience with my sale representative Curtis Wilson, who is still in contact with me after purchasing my car July 16, 2011. After his tutorial it was easy to make a decision on the perfect car for me and my personality. Curtis has called me several times to make sure everything has been going OK and that I'm continuing to enjoy my car and driving experience. I mentioned to him I had not been feeling my best and he called a few days later to see if I was better, now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. About a week ago I could not get my car started, I did not know what to do so I called Curtis, he talked to service and called me back and with the instructions to start the car and and a service appointment for three days later, which was at my convenience. Not to worry, the car only needed a minor adjustment. Curtis is great, he is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I recommend Rick Case Hyundai/Duluth and Curtis Wilson without reservations. More
Curtis did a great job of helping us make a decision regarding our car purchase. He went over all of the features of the car and answered any questions we had. He was very patient when we asked the same question more than once. He took us on a test drive that covered some rougher road as well as smoother road and demonstrated the shifting features. He made us feel very comfortable and did not make us feel pressured to rush our decision. We would definitely come back to him when shopping for another car. Casey also did a great job. He explained things clearly and also answered all of our questions patiently. We came in with a good rate from our Credit Union and he was able to help us get almost a full point off the rate. He guided us through the paperwork and helped us understand the coverage offered by the dealership and Hyundai and how it compared with additional coverage we could purchase - again with no pressure. Both Curtis and Casey did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable. The car-buying process can be extremely stressful and it was a very nice to work with people who were helping us rather than pressuring us. More

He made me feel like all of my questions are the most important he has ever heard and creates a relaxed atmosphere while shopping. He also went to great lengths to ensure my after the sale experience was to my satisfaction, which it was. Thanks for the great car, great experience, and I definitely recommend Curtis to all. More
