Ms. Foiles, We apologize for the confusion and misinformation you received on the vehicle you were interested in. I spoke with both Raul and Jim who by the way have never met or spoken with each other. Raul advised me you were told the car was available as our database indicated. Jim told you it was not at his location. Raul is located at our Hyundai Duluth location while Jim is in Roswell and the vehicle was publicized to be at our Audi dealership as you may see how this can sometimes get a bit perplexed if you cannot physically see the vehicle due to it being at another store. Our vehicles sell quickly and unfortunately our system can take a few days to update. This is no excuse; it is just something that can happen. We do however have an alternate process to confirm outside of using our online database, which both reps ended up doing as they knew you had a lengthy drive. After discovering the vehicle could not be found, Raul relayed that message to you as you mentioned in your survey. Unfortunately, this was a big inconvenience for you as you were in route and that was not either Raul’s intention. We here at Rick Case pride ourselves with being professional, customer service driving and most of all honest. Dealer offered the car at the advertised price to the customer. The dealer also offered extended service aggreement at dealer cost. Customer declined offer, and at this point the custoemr has decided to pursue other options. And per email, customer states they are 100% satisfied with the company.

I did turn down the offer for the origonal price plus dealer cost warranty as my wife and I have discussed this should have been the offer the first time. We never said we were 100% satisfied we stated we would not buy because we thought we could never feel 100% satisfied. If anyone would like I do have the complete email I will share.
