I know that I am not the only one who would say they dread car shopping. However, unlike all of the other car dealers I visited, I did not feel like raw meat in the parking lot about to get pounced on b dread car shopping. Rick Case Duluth employees were of course interested in making a sale, but my salesman Maurice seemed to understand if he pushed to much that I would walk away. I purchased my vehicle back in January 2012 and have to say that Maurice was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very attentive and he also respected my boundaries. Cutris was very friendly, and patient. He spent hours with me, test driving various cars all around town. Not only did he make the trip amusing, but also relayed his own experience with the cars. I would like to praise Curtis Wilson for the execellent experience we had while purchasing our Santa fe.
