Looking for a used car, I went to the website and found a 2007 Nissan Maxima for a good price. I did the Internet inquiry and called to make sure the vehicle was still there. I spoke with a man named Jim T 2007 Nissan Maxima for a good price. I did the Internet inquiry and called to make sure the vehicle was still there. I spoke with a man named Jim Thomas. He said he would work with me the following day. The next morning, a man named Raul from the another Rick Case location called and said that I should not have spoken with the first man since he was not even at the right location. (I had called the number listed on the website where the car was found) Because of this, there was already confusion with the car salesmen calling me throughout the day, even though I had made BOTH aware that I was at work. Then, when I got off of work, I called Raul to let him know I was on my way and inquired about directions. He said he would check again on the car, but sounded as though he wasn't sure now if the vehicle was there, but I told him I was on the way. After driving 30 minutes out of my way, he called back to let me know that the car was nowhere to be found. I figured as much since the price seemed very reasonably set. Then I heard from Jim that gave another version regarding the car's whereabouts. I thought the old "bait and switch" game was out of style now, but I guess Rick Case still employs that trick... Would never deal with this dealership again. More
Curtis was great! He was ready to show us the car we had talked about over the phone when we got there and the price was what we had seen advertised. He even took care of a minor service problem that came talked about over the phone when we got there and the price was what we had seen advertised. I loved working with Curtis. He was so energetic and detail oriented. He made sure that my satisfaction was at the top of his priorities. My father and I were exploring dealerships and were neither satisfied with the selection nor the service we were offered at another dealership. When we went to Rick Case Hyundai we were met by Curtis. We were taken back by Curtis Wilson's friendliness, knowledge and energy. Curtis was very patient with us finding a car that my mother liked. Curtis even spent time teaching my mother how to use her bluetooth, which is not something that most sales people would do. He has even followed up to make sure that things are okay and offered to answer any additional lingering questions. All in all, this was one of the easiest car shopping experiences that I have been through. Thanks Curtis! More
I called the dealer 2 times about a 2004 Nissan Maxima advertised on their website for $11998.00 I was told the car was there come on in and look at it. My wife and 7 month old took the 50 mile trip to th advertised on their website for $11998.00 I was told the car was there come on in and look at it. My wife and 7 month old took the 50 mile trip to the dealer to test drive the car and when we arived the car was presented to us. We drove the car and the saleman noticed the window did not have the Rick Case oil change sticker which goes on every used car so he explained we will have to send it into the shop on Monday if you purchase it and fix anything that does not pass our inspection. We talked in the parking lot for about 20 minutes discussing if we should buy or wait since we were in no real rush for a car. While talking another couple started looking at the car so we decided to go ahead and make a deal on the car. We asked again the starting price is $11998.00 and it was agreed that was the starting price. They did the right thing and informed the other couple they woud need to wait since we looked at the car and had just arived back from our test drive. We sat and began to talk our way throught the credit application. The salesman suddenly stood up and said I have to get some paper from the printer We sat confused for 10 minutes as the salesman dissappered. We are sure it was 10 minutes as we were already late for an appointement and had been watching our time closely. We were getting ready to walk out when John a salesmanager came over and aske how we were being treated. He danced around the topic but soon informed us that their computer had a glitch and posted the wrong price the price of that car was going to be at-least $13900 when it got out of their shop. I have purchased 15 cars in my life and have never negotiated up before. I told them the car was at the right price both per KBB and Edmuns and $13900 was to much. They said they would not honor the advertised price. I am also in sales and one thing I know is sometimes you have to honor a mistake that you make. Word of mouth is the best or worst advertisement you can get. I WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did rate the friendliness a 4 because the salesman was very knowledgable and curtious until he dissapeared. More

I know that I am not the only one who would say they dread car shopping. However, unlike all of the other car dealers I visited, I did not feel like raw meat in the parking lot about to get pounced on b dread car shopping. Rick Case Duluth employees were of course interested in making a sale, but my salesman Maurice seemed to understand if he pushed to much that I would walk away. I purchased my vehicle back in January 2012 and have to say that Maurice was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very attentive and he also respected my boundaries. This has been the best car purchase I have made, EVER. I would recommend Rick Case- Duluth to anyone who is looking. And if Maurice is still there, ask for him, you won't be disappointed. More
We went to the dealership looking for a new car. Mr. Wilson was very knowledgeable regarding the car and the warranty. Usually at dealerships your there for hours at a time, this is the first experience were I feel that we were not there that long, Curtis Wilson is a very good salesrep, we have and will keep recommending him to freinds and family.
