Worked with Larry via e-mail ahead of our visit as I pretty much knew we were going with Hyundai and that the choices would either be the Sonata or Elantra and whether we would buy or lease. When I came in, Larry had the cars ready and I conducted a couple test drives that had me favoring the Sonata. I felt the salesman was not that friendly and he was rather pushy. I decided to call Larry, told him what I was looking for and the price range I was looking. He told me about a black 2010 Huyndai Elantra, four door they had on the lot and it was in my price range. Larry invited me to come look at it and take a test drive. I felt he really listened when I told him what I was looking for in my next car. I met with Larry, he showed me the Elantra and told me what was included. We took it for a test drive, the car was very clean and I liked the way it handled on the road. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the car and how informative Larry was. When I mentioned my daughter was pregnant, Larry showed me the car seat restraints that were already in the car. I highly recommend Larry Fitzpatrick to anyone looking for a new or used car. I gave an overall rating of 5 because my experience at this dealership was excellent thanks to sale representative Larry Fitzpatrick. Originally Larry spoke and worked with my husband. Larry found a car meeting the specifications my husband gave him; however when I actually seen the car it was not 100% what I wanted. For example, I wanted gray leather seats and not tan leather seats (my husband told him wrong). Without any hesitation Larry sat down with me and discussed what I actually wanted. He made sure that I was completely pleased with my new purchase. He found me exactly what I wanted and I got tinted windows! That was a bonus to me because I didn't specifically ask for that feature; however it would have been nice to have if possible. Well, Larry must know a genie because I got them! Not only did I get all the features I wanted; he gave me an excellent deal on the price. I guess you can say the price was RIGHT! Larry was patience, friendly, and handled my transaction in a very polite and professional manner. I drove off the lot a very pleased customer. Also Larry still checks up on me periodically just to make sure that everything is still going good with me and my car. Now that's True Service! More
