I had worked with Larry Fitzpatrick at another dealership. I saw how well he treated his customers and knew if I ever needed a car, I would deal with him. I felt the salesman was not that friendly and he was rather pushy. I decided to call Larry, told him what I was looking for and the price range I was looking. He told me about a black 2010 Huyndai Elantra, four door they had on the lot and it was in my price range. Larry invited me to come look at it and take a test drive. I felt he really listened when I told him what I was looking for in my next car. I met with Larry, he showed me the Elantra and told me what was included. We took it for a test drive, the car was very clean and I liked the way it handled on the road. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the car and how informative Larry was. When I mentioned my daughter was pregnant, Larry showed me the car seat restraints that were already in the car. I highly recommend Larry Fitzpatrick to anyone looking for a new or used car. I also want to mention Karrie in finance. She was very good at getting my loan together and she was easy to talk to. More

I purchased a New Hyundai Elantra (2013) from Rick Case Hyundai Dealership back in August 2012. Larry found a car meeting the specifications my husband gave him; however when I actually seen the car it was not 100% what I wanted. For example, I wanted gray leather seats and not tan leather seats (my husband told him wrong). Without any hesitation Larry sat down with me and discussed what I actually wanted. He made sure that I was completely pleased with my new purchase. He found me exactly what I wanted and I got tinted windows! That was a bonus to me because I didn't specifically ask for that feature; however it would have been nice to have if possible. Well, Larry must know a genie because I got them! Not only did I get all the features I wanted; he gave me an excellent deal on the price. I guess you can say the price was RIGHT! Larry was patience, friendly, and handled my transaction in a very polite and professional manner. I drove off the lot a very pleased customer. Also Larry still checks up on me periodically just to make sure that everything is still going good with me and my car. Now that's True Service! More

The Rick Case price beat two local dealerships in Florida by almost $2,000. We worked on the details, and Larry patiently gathered the needed information and documentation needed, all via long distance. I made my plane reservations a week in advance, and flew up to claim my car. Larry picked me up at the airport and brought me an outstanding, professional facility. During the drive and the next two hours, I became impressed with Larry's professionalism, product knowledge and sincerity to provide good service and a good product. Being a fellow veteran, we shared stories of service and family. If Larry's boss is reviewing this document, I must proclaim that you have an outstanding colleague in your organization. He represents your company well, provides the ultimate in customer service, and is a real human being. I look forward to visiting the dealership again just to visit, say hello and have the vehicle service needs handled here. Oh yes, the car. The Sonata hybrid performed as claimed on the 400 mile trip to the Florida Panhandle. I averaged 49 mpg for a good portion of the trip until I encountered heavier traffic. At 6'4", I was pleased with the tops in class numbers for head room, leg room, shoulder room, on of the main reasons for buying the Sonata. I hadn't bought a new car in years and was dreading the whole experience. I let them all know exactly what I wanted, and asked who was willing to give me the bottom-line best price. I was contacted by Larry Fitzpatrick at Rick Case Hyundai, and he was giving me a way better price than the two other dealerships. I thought that surely there was going to be some glitch, some fee, that they would tack on when I walked in the door. Larry assured me that that would not be the case. Not only was he true to his word, I actually paid LESS than the negotiated price! I was extremely pleased with the whole car-buying experience. I thought I would be at the dealership for the usual 4-5 hours, but was driving off in my new car in less than two hours. Went to the dealership to look at the Genesis. We were not sure on which Genesis was THE car for us. Luckily, for Rick Case, we had Larry Fitzpatrick as our sales person. I actually went into the dealership looking to purchase another model than I purchased. Larry Fitzpatrick was great. We talked throughout the test drive and when it came down to price he suggested another another model than I purchased. Larry Fitzpatrick was great.
