This was the easiest hasslefree new car purchase we have ever experienced. I did my whole deal over the phone including getting a quote for my trade in site unseen and the price I said I would pay for the c ever experienced. (I never heard back from two other dealers that I made the same offer too). When we arrived to buy the car I expected changes to the deal or ad ons, price to go up etc. The price was exactly the same as the buyers order Larry had faxed me a few days prior. Everything was ready to sign when we got there. The whole deal took approx. one hour from the time we walked in until we were driving out in our new car including the finance office. Larry was great when we were first shopping trying to decide what we wanted. He spent quality time with us, no pressure and no rush. It paid off for both of us. I since had a service appointment with them to get my oil changed ($19.99) and tires rotated for an additional penny. This was on a busy Saturday morning. When I arrived it was packed. I thought I would be there 2 to 3 hours. I was in and out in one hour and they even fed me, grilled hamberburgers and hot dogs AND I received a free gift of my choice when I left. I have recommended Rick Case Hyundai to many people. We we get ready to buy again, Rick Case and Larry Fitzgerald will be more first choice. BTW, we bought the 2013 Hyundai Tuscon and love it! More

I have never bought a brand new car before. I spent months reading reviews and searching for dealerships as I did not want to have a bad experience. Several weeks before I made the trip to Rick Case, I emailed Larry Fitzpatrick and started asking questions. I was very noncommittal and wanted to take my time. He answered all of my questions and never pressured me to make an appointment or come to the dealership. Before I arrived, I had decided on a 2012 Hyundai Sonata because it was in my price range. When I arrived and met Larry, he never even showed me a 2012 model because he said that he could get me a 2013 model within my price range. I think the thing that impressed me so much about him is that he is genuine. I'm not sure I've ever used that word to describe a salesperson before, nor am I likely to use it again. He could answer everything I wanted to know and still had time to share who he was with us and get to know us. I had such a wonderful buying experience with him that I've recommended him to my friends several times. Larry checks on me and the car regularly and works to build a relationship with me to make sure that I continue to be a satisfied customer. I won't even consider buying a car from anyone else unless I have no choice. The Rick Case dealership is also the best dealership! The level of industry knowledge they possess and level of customer service far exceeds the competition.
