I went to Rick Case to buy a used Genesis in January. When I arrived on the lot and started looking at the selection, Larry walked up and introduced himself. After making my selection, Larry worked with me and the folks at Rick Case to get the best price possible. After that, he worked with me on getting great financing terms. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. They had plenty of inventory, Manish was extremely accommodating, and the negotiations only took one counter offer. Walking into the dealership I was initially very nervous. This was my first car and I had heard so many horror stories that I expected my experience to be somewhat the same (brought my mother and a family fr This was my first car and I had heard so many horror stories that I expected my experience to be somewhat the same (brought my mother and a family friend with me because I was so scared). Turned out I didn't really need anyone with me. Larry was so laid back and easy to talk to. I felt like he really listened to what I wanted and he delivered; hassle free. I also felt like the process went by fast and it was pretty easy. I walked out of the dealership with a HUGE smile on my face and a new 2013 black hyundai accent. I really appreciate the customer service I received that day from Larry. You don't come across many people like that anymore. More
