I rate the dealership low because of the customer service I received when I arrived. When I first got there I waited about 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge me or even offer assistance. I seen a lot of sales persons sitting around and they did not bother to get up from there desk to ask if I needed help. After waiting 30 minutes I decided I was going to leave then comes Larry Fitzparick walking from out of the back office area and said hello gave me his name and ask if he could be of help. I told him yes and that I was about ready to leave because I have already been here for 30 minutes and not one person offered any help and here is the big problem, there were no other customers there so you have about 10-15 sales persons sitting around doing nothing. I was not pleased at all, because I thought, hey guess no body wants to make money today, so I was about to leave and head back to the Honda dealership. So then as I began to talk with Larry more and tell him what we were looking to do, he was Awesome! Larry is a very friendly and likeable person, he made me the wait worth staying after we begun to discuss what I was looking to accomplish that day. My family and I actually came looking to purchase a used vehicle but with the help of Larry Fitzpatrick we were able to do better than that. We went back and forth with ideas on how to accomdate my mother in a nice little brand new tuscon which she truly love and so do I. It's because and only because of Larry and his the GREAT Customer skills that he provide to us during our time at this dealership that I would even come back to purchase another vehicle from this location. Larry Fitzpatrick is the type of sales person that I would alway like to meet when I'm in the business of purchasing another vehicle. I can't say enough about the display of his customer service skills, he made us warm up to him, because I can tell you in the beginning I was already mad from having no one offering me type of acknowledgement, so I was kind of cold and a little distant. I after talking with Larry things began to turn around in a better direction. Like I said he me talking and laughing. So for Larry he went above and beyond to help my family and I and I for one am great full for his customer satisfaction skills. He even called after we purchased the car, the next week to make sure we were enjoying it, and even after that he continued to follow up once a month since we purchased the car to make sure that my mother is still enjoying it. Now if that's not GREAT Customer Service, then someone needs to show me better. It's because of Larry and they way he treated us and offered us assistance that I am able to write this. I cannot say enough about this man and the way we left the dealership, we were beyond happy. If any of my family members or friends where in the market to purchase a Hyundai I would send them to Larry Fitzpatrick and only him. Let me say in closing, that if Larry should get the chance to see and read this that I want to again say THANK YOU!!! You are such an AWESOME and GREAT Sales person and I could not have asked for a better person to work with. If there is a rating level, you super exceed 10 in my book. I'm glad I had you to work with and from now on you are the person that I will continue to ask for should I return or even refer my family and friends. I was looking for a newer car than the one I was driving. A friend recommended I go to Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth & Larry Fitzpatrick. I called Larry to see what they had in my price range. Larry told me what they had and suggested I come in to look at the 2 used cars he recommended. Larry greeted me on my arrival & was very knowledgable & laid back and easy to talk to . I felt like he really listened to what I wanted and he told me about a 2010 Elantra. I test drove it, liked the way she handled the road and decided that was the car I wanted to purchase. I felt like the process went by fast and it was pretty easy. I walked out of the dealership with a smile on my face and a used 2010 Hyundai Elantra that drives like a dream. I really appreciate the customer service I received that day from Larry, he is not a pushy salesman, which I appreciated. You don't come across many sales people like that anymore. Larry calls monthly to check on how my Elantra is doing. I noticed a cigarette smell in the car, I took it back and they put an ionizer in my car and it seemed to work. I recommend Larry Fitzpatrick & Rick Case Hyundai to all my friends. More

I had a great experience working with Manish. We live in Athens GA and Manish was service oriented enough to bring paperwork at night to Athens for signature. I would recommend Manish to anyone. When I arrive at the dealership met with Manish and came across very helpful and nice and at the end that was very true. Went in for a service on my Veloster, Monica always helpful, she has always been my service advisor. Ended trading up to a Genesis thanks to the help of Manish, his knowledge about the car and all the helpful, she has always been my service advisor. Ended trading up to a Genesis thanks to the help of Manish, his knowledge about the car and all the features was impressive. Zak handled the details, $$$; it was almost painless. This is my 7th or 8th Hyundai - all from this dealership. EVERYONE is very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable plus I have NEVER felt pressured. These are the reasons I keep coming back to this dealership, and Hyundai performance keeps me in their automobiles. ps: The Genesis is a superb machine! More

I went to Rick Case to buy a used Genesis in January. When I arrived on the lot and started looking at the selection, Larry walked up and introduced himself. Larry is very friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommend asking for him if you are looking to buy a used or new car. After making my selection, Larry worked with me and the folks at Rick Case to get the best price possible. After that, he worked with me on getting great financing terms. All in all, it was a great experience with both Larry and the Rick Case dealership. Everyone is very friendly and eager to work with you. Highly recommend! More

This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. They had plenty of inventory, Manish was extremely accommodating, and the negotiations only took one counter offer. They came back with a very fair offer and the entire place seemed willing to work with you.
