Manish was great! My entire experience couldn't have been better. Manish answered all of my questions and showed me how everything worked on the vehicle. Extremely EASY purchase. I walked in early and was taken care of right from the start! Larry was AWESOME and had my paperwork done prior to my arrival. I just just totaled my 2002 Eclipse and was in the market for a 2006 or above Eclipse. I wanted to avoid a dealership at all cost just to avoid all the hassle you hear about. I got to say though, I decided to take the risk and I'm glad I did. Curtis was the first employee to approach me and brought me inside to talk about what kind of car I was looking for. We sat down and instead of trying to sell me on the first car we saw, he actually took the time to find out exactly what car I wanted. After establishing that I was in the market for a 4th gen. Eclipse he then showed me the two they had along with print outs and KBB values and such. At first I had told him I was looking for a blue one and he then proceeded to ask around other Rick case dealerships to see if we could find it, unfortunately he couldn't. He had sold me on a 2008 Eclipse but I didn't want to jump into it without doing research and was a bit hesitant to buy a 2 door car because of the high insurance. Curtis then told me that he would look around for a sporty looking car in my price range with 4 doors. He kept in contact with me and we eventually looked at another car to fit my needs. Curtis was very respectful with the fact that I couldn't quite decide on what I wanted, and was very patient with me as well. He would check up on me every couple of days to see if I was still interested and would always tell me about another car I might want to go see. The entire process of me deciding what I want took about a month and in that time Curtis was really cool with everything and made the entire experience perfect. I eventually ended up buying the 2008 Eclipse after Curtis had called me to tell me there was a price cut. It has been about a month and a half since I got the car and Curtis has just called me to see how I am doing and if the car is everything I wanted. He's a real friendly and charismatic guy who is genuine when it comes to getting to know his customers and building a solid relationship even before the car negotiating starts. He was patient with me and that meant a lot considering most salesmen just try and make a sale. There was a small issue with the dealership itself that kept the experience from being perfect, but ti had nothing to do with Curtis. If you ever go to Rick case Hyundai, don't settle for anyone other than Curtis, you won't be disappointed. More

I read an advertisement on Craigslist that Fred Scott posted. Called Fred. Went to visit Fred at Rick Case Hyundai Duluth. When I arrived from the Start Fred seemed to be a pleasent fellow. When it came down to price Fred would not sell me the vehicle at the Internet Price. I had spent 3 hours at Rick Case Hyundai still trying to purchase and they did not come down in price. I called a couple of dealerships while I was at Rick Case Hyundai Duluth and I spoke with someone at O'Brien Hyundai in Lilburn . The salesman was nice on the phone so we decides to drive to lilburn. We met with the salesman and he sold me the Sonata for $1400 below what Rick Case had advertised it for. We Purchased our vehicle from O'Brien Hyundai and we will tell everyone of our friends and family we were treated like we were number one. I visited the dealership under a rather unique situation. I was in the maintenace section having some minor concerns checked out with another vehicle I had recently purchased. I talked to a young man in the maintenance section about the program to get some information about the program. He then put me in contact with a salesman to discuss the program with me. He was very attentive as I explained my unique situation. That person was Larry Fitzpatrick and after a short discussion, we were able to immediate connect due to his knowledge, highly professional and personable manner. While tense about the situation at first, Larry quickly put me at ease. During our discussions we quickly learned of both our previous military experience and shared some of our tales of our former military lives. After that we discussed my desires and he quickly took me to the parking lot with the vehicle I was interesed in. We took a test drive and during the drive explained in detail the features. After the test drive we discussed the the terms and proceeded to finalizing the paperwork. I found the paperwork and the entire process handled in a professional manner and very efficient by all concerned. All my questions were quickly answered. After the paperwork was completed, Larry helped me to transfer all belongings from one vehicle to another. He then did a complete walk around with me explaining as we walked. Then he ensured that my bluetooth was setup and functioning properly. He has continued to followup on a regular bases to ensure my satisfaction. The sum of the total experience is the basis of my overall rating of the dealership and Larry Fitzpatrick. I came in a slightly unhappy camper and left totally satisfied! More

The experience I had at Rick Case Hyundai (Duluth) changed my mind about car dealerships. I could not be happier with my experience at Rick Case Hyundai and/or my new Santa Fe!! More
I rate the dealership low because of the customer service I received when I arrived. When I first got there I waited about 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge me or even offer assistance. I seen a lot of sales persons sitting around and they did not bother to get up from there desk to ask if I needed help. After waiting 30 minutes I decided I was going to leave then comes Larry Fitzparick walking from out of the back office area and said hello gave me his name and ask if he could be of help. I told him yes and that I was about ready to leave because I have already been here for 30 minutes and not one person offered any help and here is the big problem, there were no other customers there so you have about 10-15 sales persons sitting around doing nothing. I was not pleased at all, because I thought, hey guess no body wants to make money today, so I was about to leave and head back to the Honda dealership. So then as I began to talk with Larry more and tell him what we were looking to do, he was Awesome! Larry is a very friendly and likeable person, he made me the wait worth staying after we begun to discuss what I was looking to accomplish that day. My family and I actually came looking to purchase a used vehicle but with the help of Larry Fitzpatrick we were able to do better than that. We went back and forth with ideas on how to accomdate my mother in a nice little brand new tuscon which she truly love and so do I. It's because and only because of Larry and his the GREAT Customer skills that he provide to us during our time at this dealership that I would even come back to purchase another vehicle from this location. Larry Fitzpatrick is the type of sales person that I would alway like to meet when I'm in the business of purchasing another vehicle. I can't say enough about the display of his customer service skills, he made us warm up to him, because I can tell you in the beginning I was already mad from having no one offering me type of acknowledgement, so I was kind of cold and a little distant. I after talking with Larry things began to turn around in a better direction. Like I said he me talking and laughing. So for Larry he went above and beyond to help my family and I and I for one am great full for his customer satisfaction skills. He even called after we purchased the car, the next week to make sure we were enjoying it, and even after that he continued to follow up once a month since we purchased the car to make sure that my mother is still enjoying it. Now if that's not GREAT Customer Service, then someone needs to show me better. It's because of Larry and they way he treated us and offered us assistance that I am able to write this. I cannot say enough about this man and the way we left the dealership, we were beyond happy. If any of my family members or friends where in the market to purchase a Hyundai I would send them to Larry Fitzpatrick and only him. Let me say in closing, that if Larry should get the chance to see and read this that I want to again say THANK YOU!!! You are such an AWESOME and GREAT Sales person and I could not have asked for a better person to work with. If there is a rating level, you super exceed 10 in my book. I'm glad I had you to work with and from now on you are the person that I will continue to ask for should I return or even refer my family and friends.
