I recently went in to Rick Case and traded my old F-150 for a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. I went in to the dealership about a year ago looking to trade in and spoke with Curtis, but due to other circumstances I w for a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. I went in to the dealership about a year ago looking to trade in and spoke with Curtis, but due to other circumstances I wasn't able to make the purchase at that time. About a month ago, I determined I was in a better position to go in and went straight to Curtis. He is most definitely not your average "car salesman". Curtis treats you as a person, not a sale, and that is a quality that is hard to find. He was able to show me brands and models that would fit my budget and was not pushy about any aspect of the purchase. He took all variables into consideration and was able to pair me with a car that fit my everyday needs without breaking the bank. Car buying is typically viewed as a dreadful experience, but Curtis gave great customer service and went the extra mile, and that is why I gave a 100% rating. More
Two weeks ago, on March 16, my family and I went to purchase a new car. We were interested in Hyundai for their 5 year (200) bumper to bumper warranty but we did have a few questions. We were fortunate to encounter Larry Fitzpatrick, sales agent. Not only did I meet someone who shared our family's name, but was also a former Army vet of 20 years (as I am myself as well). We told Larry that we had just lost our grandfather (whose name was also Fitzpatrick) and that he had left us 20,000 dollars, and we did not wish to exceed this amount. Larry was incredibly sincere to this request. We spoke for a while, and during this time, he also explained to me each and every advantage to the Elantra, the Sonata, and the Tuscon (models that fell approximately within our price range request). After we test drove a couple of models, we went inside and Larry was additionally extremely helpful as well as generous in what he would give us for our trade in, and also threw in a 500 hundred dollar discount since I had been a former veteran. Our family could not have been more pleased. Aside from a relatively easy, and quick shopping experience (a rare occurrence in the auto industry) it was fun to speak with someone who was distant family, had formerly served, and also used to live in Hawaii as I had. As one who has worked only briefly in sales, I believe that a key component of good salesmanship is promoting a product while making the client believe that it is in fact the CLIENT's decision. Unfortunately this is rarely seen today, but Larry has mastered that craft! great experience. I look forward to returning. More
My salesman, Viktor, was great. I initially went into test drive the Kia Sorento, but decided I wanted to test drive the Hyundai Santa Fe as well. Viktor went with me to the other dealership and did not test drive the Kia Sorento, but decided I wanted to test drive the Hyundai Santa Fe as well. Viktor went with me to the other dealership and did not try to push a sale, which was nice for a change. He was very informative and friendly throughout the day and was always more than willing to find out information for me. I was impressed with both Rick Case dealerships and received friendly smiles from everyone there. I would definitely recommend shopping at these two dealerships vs some of the others in town that I did not have good experiences at. More

We had been in the market for a Hyundai Genesis for several months when we decided to check the used inventory at Rick Case Hyundai Duluth's online website, and found a black 2012 Genesis R-Spec w/ les several months when we decided to check the used inventory at Rick Case Hyundai Duluth's online website, and found a black 2012 Genesis R-Spec w/ less than 10K miles. We immediately called to confirm that the vehicle was still available before driving up to the lot, and spoke with Brandon Calvin who confirmed that it was there. Brandon held onto the keys until we arrived about an hour later. Brandon greeted us with a very professional demeanor and immediately took us to see the R-Spec. The car was in pristine, near perfect condition, and drove like a charm on our test drive. Throughout the entire paperwork process, Brandon was very professional and sold us on paying to have the car CPO'd in order to reinstate Hyundai's original 10-year 100K mile warranty, and take advantage of Rick Case's 20-year 200K mile power train warranty. Karrie Ramel handled our financing of our new Genesis with the utmost professionalism, and managed to keep our payment within our target range. We have already committed to making our next vehicle purchase (an Audi S5) from Rick Case based on our overwhelmingly positive experience with RC Hyundai Duluth. John & Ferihan T. More

I have been getting solicitations to swap my Tuscon back in for a lease on a new vehicle. I was pretty skeptical since my lease is not up for over eight months. But, it appeared I could actually get a new in for a lease on a new vehicle. I was pretty skeptical since my lease is not up for over eight months. But, it appeared I could actually get a new vehicle (wanted to switch to a Sonata) and avoid end of lease issues like over mileage, damage, etc. Curtis was prompt and courteous and, most importantly, was not pushy. He took the time to show us several vehicles and catered to my family for a great test drive experience. Curtis and the other folks stayed well after closing to get my new vehicle ready. Everything went very smooth. No surprises. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of turning in their leased vehicle early to speak to Curtis. I was very happy with the deal. I got a better vehicle and I even saved some money on my lease payment and (my stipulation) didn’t give them a dime! Great experience. More
