From the first email communication to the final explanation of the Genesis’ features, Manish was terrific in his demeanor and his willingness to respond to our needs. Prior to our visit to the Dul explanation of the Genesis’ features, Manish was terrific in his demeanor and his willingness to respond to our needs. Prior to our visit to the Duluth location Manish maintained contact with us to ascertain the color, interior and features we were searching for in a vehicle. Upon arrival, Manish had familiarized himself with the vehicles that met our criteria and ensured each car was available for viewing as well as a test drive when appropriate. At no time during the sales process were we rushed or “pushed” in a certain direction. Manish responded to all questions with straight, honest answers. The negotiation process still maintains the old school approach of checking with a manager, etc. I suppose this business model works, or a less intimidating process would be implemented. Once a price was agreed upon, Karrie in Finance could not have been more pleasant to work with to end the sales process and move toward ownership. Karrie is extremely knowledgeable of the process and the correct forms and government red tape that must be followed. Her knowledge extends beyond the rules and regulations for George. Karrie had prepared all the paperwork for a Kentucky registration and license. Everything was in order and ready for quick signatures. In short, I would highly recommend the dealership of Rick Case Hyundai for the largest selection of Genesis vehicles east of the Mississippi and perhaps in the country.
