I arrived at the lot almost certain I was going to return to a previous lot to buy a different vehicle despite the poor service there. However, David was great. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO RICK CASE HYUNDAI TO BUY A CAR. I WENT THERE TO TRADE MY SONATA FOR A HYUNDAI 2013 SANTA FE AND THE DEALER WORKED OUT A DEAL THAT WAS FINE WITH ME AND THEN THEY HAD ME SI BUY A CAR. I WENT THERE TO TRADE MY SONATA FOR A HYUNDAI 2013 SANTA FE AND THE DEALER WORKED OUT A DEAL THAT WAS FINE WITH ME AND THEN THEY HAD ME SIGN A CONTRACT SAYING THE DEAL WAS DONE. 2 DAYS LATER AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR THEY CALLED ME TO COME BACK IN AND SWITCHED MY CONTRACT AND PAYMENT ALL TOGETHER AND WAS TRYING TO GET ME TO ACCEPT AND SETTLE FOR ANOTHER CAR THAT I DID NOT WANT. I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD RATHER KEEP MY SONATA AND TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, ALL RICK CASE HYUNDAI DID WAS WASTE MY TIME AND ENERGY THEY LIED TO ME MAKING ME THINK THAT THE DEAL WAS DONE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN MY LIFE THE WAY THESE PEOPLE TREATED ME. THEN I EVEN TRIED TO GET MY $500 DOWN PAYMENT BACK AND THEY WERE SO UNPROFESSIONAL ABOUT IT. EVERYONE KEPT SAYING OK WE WILL CALL YOU AND LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU CAN PICK IT UP AND I HAD TO CALL EVERYDAY BECAUSE NO BODY HAD THE DECENCY TO CALL ME BACK. I called Rick Case Hyundai service on a Friday to make an appointment to have a recall item repair Support staff at this dealership is incompetent. I called Rick Case Hyundai service on a Friday to make an appointment to have a recall item repaired. The customer rep verified my records, made my appointment and assured me that the part needed for the repair was in stock. She said that the repair would take about an hour. Nothing was said about any other recalls, I called Sunday morning to verify my appointment. They had no record of it. Luckily they had availability so I bought the car in. I made no arrangements to be picked up since I had arranged my schedule to accommodate the hours wait When I got there I was informed that there were two recall items that needed repair and that because of the second item the repair would take at least 2 hours. The service rep made a call and verified that the parts needed were in stock. I made arrangements to be picked up. Upon returning 2 hours later, I was told that the part for the original repair was NOT in stock and I had to return again when it came in. What a waste of time. More
I just bought a Hyundai Sonata Limited last night. It was a very pleasant experience thanks to our sales man Brett Bauer. We got an excellent deal. I also liked they didn't work on commission, but a base pay and on their customer service they give through reviews like this. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because they were pretty busy and had to spend a lot of time waiting around for finance guy... and then for car to finish getting detailed. But was worth it! More

My wife and I had worked with three different dealers with a 100 mile radius to help us select a particular model Sante Fe Sport. All of the other dealers we worked with were unable to provide the car we with a 100 mile radius to help us select a particular model Sante Fe Sport. All of the other dealers we worked with were unable to provide the car we were looking for. Once we even paid a deposit on one, and they couldn't even get the car they had promised us. Once we went to Rick Case Hyundai, it was like a brand new world. Very professional and friendly sales representatives who worked hard to get the perfect car for us. Once we told them what we were looking for, we were able to locate the car, talk pricing, and sign paperwork within about four hours. The sales representative, sales manager, and finance manager were all very accommodating and friendly. It was a great experience working with them. Once we signed on the car, the sales representative drove it to us two days later, (about 80 miles away). I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Rick Case Hyundai (Duluth, GA) and working with Manish Rajpurohit. He is very polite, knowledgable, and worked hard to get us the car we wanted. I bought a 2013 Hyndaui Equus Ultimate from Rick Case and dealt with Larry Fitzpatrick. The whole deal was a total cockup. He misrepresented the vehicle as perfect, but it had bad damage on the undercarria dealt with Larry Fitzpatrick. The whole deal was a total cockup. He misrepresented the vehicle as perfect, but it had bad damage on the undercarriage. They refused to take care of damage. Casey Lloyd was aplogetic but did nothing to resolve the issue. The car was delivered out of state without any papers including a "drive out tag". Multiple calls, texts and emails have all gone unanswered. Having purchased many luxury cars I never felt a reputable dealership would not take responsibility for an employee. Needless to say I will never deal with Rick Case again. More

I was very shocked at how well the customer service was.
