My wife and I had worked with three different dealers with a 100 mile radius to help us select a particular model Sante Fe Sport. Once we went to Rick Case Hyundai, it was like a brand new world. Very professional and friendly sales representatives who worked hard to get the perfect car for us. Once we told them what we were looking for, we were able to locate the car, talk pricing, and sign paperwork within about four hours. The sales representative, sales manager, and finance manager were all very accommodating and friendly. It was a great experience working with them. Once we signed on the car, the sales representative drove it to us two days later, (about 80 miles away).
