My wife and I had worked with three different dealers with a 100 mile radius to help us select a particular model Sante Fe Sport. All of the other dealers we worked with were unable to provide the car we with a 100 mile radius to help us select a particular model Sante Fe Sport. All of the other dealers we worked with were unable to provide the car we were looking for. Once we even paid a deposit on one, and they couldn't even get the car they had promised us. Once we went to Rick Case Hyundai, it was like a brand new world. Very professional and friendly sales representatives who worked hard to get the perfect car for us. Once we told them what we were looking for, we were able to locate the car, talk pricing, and sign paperwork within about four hours. The sales representative, sales manager, and finance manager were all very accommodating and friendly. It was a great experience working with them. Once we signed on the car, the sales representative drove it to us two days later, (about 80 miles away). I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Rick Case Hyundai (Duluth, GA) and working with Manish Rajpurohit. He is very polite, knowledgable, and worked hard to get us the car we wanted. I bought a 2013 Hyndaui Equus Ultimate from Rick Case and dealt with Larry Fitzpatrick. The whole deal was a total cockup. He misrepresented the vehicle as perfect, but it had bad damage on the undercarria dealt with Larry Fitzpatrick. The whole deal was a total cockup. He misrepresented the vehicle as perfect, but it had bad damage on the undercarriage. They refused to take care of damage. Casey Lloyd was aplogetic but did nothing to resolve the issue. The car was delivered out of state without any papers including a "drive out tag". Multiple calls, texts and emails have all gone unanswered. Having purchased many luxury cars I never felt a reputable dealership would not take responsibility for an employee. Needless to say I will never deal with Rick Case again. More

Recently I was thrown into the car shopping world after I was involved in an automobile crash in which my truck was totaled. I had no idea what I wanted or what was new on the market. I drove more than a fair share of SUV's. Visited many dealerships and met many sales people and a few managers. For me this was not an enjoyable process until a friend recommended that I go to Rick Case Hyundai at Gwinnett Place. My friend said to ask for Larry Fitzpatrick. Working with Larry was a pleasure. Not once did I feel pushed or pressured to make any decisions. Larry is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. On two separate occasions Larry stayed long past the time he should have gotten off work to help me. My buying experience was pleasant and easy. I purchased the Hyundai Sante Fe Limited and love it. Larry calls regularly to follw up and check to see if I am happy with my purchase and to see if I have any questions. I call that great customer service. I have recommended Larry and Rick Case to my friends and family. More
