i had been to ten other dealerships that day and i was over it. From the moment that i walked in, the manager steve was on top of things trying to find a car for me to test drive and getting hooked up wit over it. I visited Rick Hendricks today to look at the new Sants Fe. Dewayne approached me promptly asking if I needed help. I went in having seen the vehicle I was interested on their website and was greeted by Zack Hanna. We test drove the car right away and went in to discuss payment options. I was very clear with what I wa their website and was greeted by Zack Hanna. We test drove the car right away and went in to discuss payment options. I was very clear with what I was willing to pay and Zack worked with me and was very respectful towards my situation. We were able to work out a deal within an hour and a half and I was then directed to see Zak Warner. He was very friendly and was able to snag us a different finance rate which lowered our payment even more. Overall I was pleased with the sales people. I never felt pressured or disrespected and I look forward to coming back soon to purchase a new Hyundai Santa Fe for my fiance. More

Curtis was exceptionally professional from the time we met. He gave me good, detailed information about several of the cars I was interested in , and we test drove two of them. Curtis then worked very h met. He gave me good, detailed information about several of the cars I was interested in , and we test drove two of them. Curtis then worked very hard to get me into one of the cars, but we could not get to a deal, mostly because of my credit history. I am still likely to buy a Hyundai in the near future and I will definitely call Curtis. I will also recommend him to friends. Curtis is a credit to Rick Case. More
