I visited Rick Hendricks today to look at the new Sants Fe. Dewayne approached me promptly asking if I needed help. I had some questions about the vehicle and he did a great job telling me all about it. He Fe. Dewayne approached me promptly asking if I needed help. I did not purchase the vehicle today, but I will be going back to see Dewayne when my wife and I are ready to buy our new car. Great experience. More

This was our 4th Hyundai in 4 years - we first traded in our Mini, and purchased an Elantra, eventually upgrading to a Sonata, then Sonata S. After that, we upgraded to a Sonata, which Mike handled the tran our Mini, and purchased an Elantra, eventually upgrading to a Sonata, then Sonata S. After that, we upgraded to a Sonata, which Mike handled the transaction at that time and the following 2 times to just recent. We've enjoyed the true Southern hospitality by Mike and his fellow employees, and never felt hassled or pushed into a deal. Everyone was truly professional, and a joy to work with. Through the years, we've had the free maintenance plan, and have absolutely loved the staff back there, and the time spent waiting was great due to a 42" tv in the waiting room (always a game on or news...awesome) and WI-FI. As for Mike - my wife and I have bought 3 cars in 3 years from him...there's a reason why we keep going back. I highly recommend Mike to anyone who is in the market to purchase a car. His vast knowledge of Hyundai's and how they compare to others in their market is worth listening to. We highly recommend a Hyundai as well...as the years progress, they keep getting better, AND keep their value!!! More

i had been to ten other dealerships that day and i was over it.
