Over the past 2 years, we have worked with all of the employees checked, as well as a couple who are not longer with Rick Case. We did experience a minor inconvenience of having to return to the dealership a couple of days after purchasing our second car (a 2013 Genesis R-spec) from them, but it was for good cause. Jose ran the numbers again, and managed to reduce our payments over 100.00 a month, saving us over 10,000 dollars! Stephan and Larry weren't directly involved in our purchase, but the two of them spent a lot of time talking cars with my husband and making the wait for delivery bearable. I have already plastered a recommendation for this dealership all over facebook, exposing their virtues to over 800 friends. Hopefully, that will lead others to Duluth to deal with these people and walk away satisfied customers, determined to purchase all future vehicles there. More
