We asked them to give us their best price on a 2014 Santa Fe. We told them if they could beat the price we were given for a Honda Pilot that we would buy the Santa Fe. Easy, right? Nope. We were there for 2 Fe. We told them if they could beat the price we were given for a Honda Pilot that we would buy the Santa Fe. Easy, right? Nope. We were there for 2 hours while Curtis kept going back and forth between us and the finance guys. He kept shaking our hands and saying congrats. Yeah, well, you haven't beat or even matched the price of the Pilot yet. We also told them that we don't care about APR or monthly payments. We know we can afford that. We kept stressing to them that all we wanted them to do was tell us what their best price was. So what do they do (after 90 minutes)? They tell us they can get us monthly payments of $xxx. Stop. Just stop. Just tell us your price. At the beginning of the 2 hour session Curtis told us he guaranteed he could beat Honda's price. Finally a manager comes over and says, "We can't beat that price." There were so many times during those 2 hours that I just wanted to get up and walk away but my husband has less of a temper than I do and he wanted to see what their best price really was. Well, that's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. But I now have a beautiful Honda Pilot. More
I would like to say my experience of Rick Case in Gwinnett was far from desirable. The salesman was extremely unkempt, wouldn't listen to us when we told him what we were looking for and kept showin Gwinnett was far from desirable. The salesman was extremely unkempt, wouldn't listen to us when we told him what we were looking for and kept showing the opposite of what we wanted. I'm sorry, but my experience of your employee has definitely made me NOT want to buy anything from you. I'll definitely will be passing on my experience to my friends and co-workers. More
We purchased a new Hyundai Sonata in 2012 at this Rick Case. This year (2014) we reurned for some work on our car, and drove out in a Hyundai Tucson suv 2013, perfect since we took up kayaking. For the record, I rate Rick Case Hyundai a level 5, which is "GREAT." From the time, my wife and I set foot on the sales lot, we had a commitment from our Sales Associate - Curtis Wilson that we could get a is "GREAT." From the time, my wife and I set foot on the sales lot, we had a commitment from our Sales Associate - Curtis Wilson that we could get a quality deal even though we were trading a vehicle that would result in negative equity. Curtis showed vehicle knowledge, and patience as he show cased several vehicles equipped and painted differently. We eventually found a wonderful "cross over" in the Hyundai Tucson that worked perfectly. I would recommend Rick Case Hyundai for sales, and service to any of my relatives, friends, and neighbors. To each of them I would "demand" that they ask for Curtis Wilson, to be their Sales Consultant. On a scale of 1 to 10, Curtis is a ten (10) !!! More
They provided genuine good service. They answered all my questions about the car and walked me through the buying process. They seem to really care about customer service, and I love that! questions about the car and walked me through the buying process. They seem to really care about customer service, and I love that! This was by far the worst car buying experience that I've ever had. I absolutely and truly wish I could just give the car back and walk away. I hope I never have to deal with these people again. First o I've ever had. I absolutely and truly wish I could just give the car back and walk away. I hope I never have to deal with these people again. First of all, the finance guy screwed up the paperwork. They asked me to come back in and sign new paperwork, and I wouldn't have to pay the difference. WRONG! I did have to. Secondly, I didn't want to trade my car to start with, but needed to save some money. Coming back in to hear all about who they sold it to and the modifications he was making just broke my heart. The salesman was great, but that's kinda where I think it ends. So sorry to have done any business here. More

Purchasing my car at Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth has been one of my greatest mistakes in life so far. In attempts to make this review as simple, and straightforward as possible in hopes to help future buyers one of my greatest mistakes in life so far. In attempts to make this review as simple, and straightforward as possible in hopes to help future buyers, I will list the details below, and then follow up with my comments and purchasing story. Car: Genesis Coupe 2.0T Year: 2010 (Used) Purchase Date: October 18th, 2013 Salesmen: Anothony Finance Manager: Zak Warner & Dale Allen To start, I went into the dealership knowing that I wanted a Genesis Coupe, and I wanted it used, preferably with performance modifications already done on it, and I found exactly what I wanted... a Red 2010 Gen Coupe, fully loaded with aftermarket parts from previous owners. Being a car guru, I could tell the prior owners were serious about the vehicle and had taken excellent care of it, and had the parts professionally installed. The car itself isn't exactly the issue at hand, its the dealer experience that is the issue. My salesmen was new, untrained, however very nice and personable. He got my paperwork done, and I headed over to Zak Warner (finance manager) to complete my contacting, and talk about my car loan. He offered me the additional 36 month, 30,000 mile warranty as the car already had 50K miles on it, now this being my first car purchase from a dealer, I took the offer (it seemed worth it). I was not presented with any information about the Cost Guard Warranty, which really isn't a warranty, its a service insurance plan. I also was convinced into buying the EnviroGuard service plan, which was $1,440.00, and the Cost Guard plan was something like $3,450 (which you can cancel and get a refund). I finalize all my paperwork, including the tag and registration paperwork which allowed me to not have to worry about dealing with registering my car and tag paperwork through the state. Well, it is January 19th, and I STILL have NO TAG. I have gone through 4 temp tag extensions since purchasing, and still no tag. Reaching someone at the dealership is impossible in regards to the matter. The manager has not returned any phone calls, nor have any emails been returned. The second issue is that, the 3K+ I dropped on the Cost Guard insurance was a complete waste, as they specifically WILL NOT cover vehicles that have aftermarket modifications on them. So... the dealership willingly sold me a $3,450.00 insurance plan, that they knew (or should have known) would be completely useless to me. I am sure they collect some kind of commission / profits on it. So it is January 19th 2014, I still have no tag, no registration, cannot reach anyone about the issue, have traveled to the dealership 4 times now to get extensions, and in this time period I have already paid off my car loan. Which means I am entitled to the car title, I legally own the vehicle now. But guess what? Dealership will not hand over the title, in fact they never even sent it to Associated Credit Union. The credit union should have received the title since they were the lender, but they never received it... interesting eh? I am currently in the process of trying to cancel the CostGuard so I can get that money back which was a complete waste, and I now have an attorney advising me as to where to go next, since I dropped $23K on a car, and have no title, tag, or registration. The situation is beyond infuriating... I have since taken my business to Jim Ellis Hyundai off 141, and let me tell you, the service is no comparison. Take your business elsewhere, Jim Ellis has treated me exceptionally, with no B.S. More
