Best Car-Buying Experience EVER! Prior to coming to Rick Case, I'd visited multiple dealerships, trying to trade in my truck for something smaller and newer. They all basically said n Prior to coming to Rick Case, I'd visited multiple dealerships, trying to trade in my truck for something smaller and newer. They all basically said no, there was nothing they could do for me because of the negative equity in my truck and my credit wasn't the best. So, Rick Case Hyundai LITERALLY was my last stop before I threw in the towel. We met with Randy Peiffer, extremely friendly guy, not at all pushy like the previous dealerships I went to and not once did he say he couldn't help me. He offered me coffee told me to have a seat while he worked the numbers...and he did better than that, he worked magic and got me my dream car, in exactly the color I wanted! The salesmen came over and chatted with my sister and I while we waited. Next thing I knew, I was approved and walked out the door a happy customer! It's been a couple of months now and Randy continues to check in with me frequently to make sure I'm still happy with my purchase, even emailed to wish me Happy Easter and an enjoyable weekend!
