I first purchased a vehicle last year with Alex and it was my first time buying so if you can imagine I was quite nervous. Alex made sure he related to me and put me at ease about buying. I ended up with a really good deal on a brand new (at the time) car. A couple of weeks ago I went in to talk to Mike M. about a trade in, thinking there's no way he could get me a better deal on a new car, and I was dead wrong. I got a brand new (now) vehicle with more features for an even lower financing rate, and not much difference on the note. Overall I'm super please with the team at Rick Case Hyundai, especially the guys I worked with because they made sure I got the best deal possible and were super transparent. I would most definitely recommend to anyone. More
