She got the car back and the transmission jerked and at times slipped. The service was not performed correctly. They did it again and all is ok now. However, I noticed on the paid invoice that no transmission filter was listed, which means that the new transmission fluid is installed with an old dirty filter. I called the service manager and was told that the Genesis 4.6 has no filter. That is absolutely wrong. The parts department has it listed. The filter for the Genesis 4.6 V8 is made in the plastic transmission pan/filter and should have been changed. The complete pan/filter should be replaced along with pan seals and "O" rings. More extensive training is needed for the proper maintenance of the Hyundai Genesis and Equus. More

After he fumbled on his computer for several minutes pretending to find nothing, we told him we were going to see what was on the lot. A friend was with us that had a recent knee injury and told us to go ahead of him so we could look. When Marty arrived outside, he was agitated that he could not immediately find us and became curt with my friend. We met Preston from IT and requested a new sales associate. Joe Harmer approached us and was initially pleasant. He stated my credit was good, then recanted when we challenged him on the exorbitant 15% APR. When I reminded him that he specifically said my credit was good, he became combative and blurted out "You have collections and I think you know what I'm talking about". Contrarily, I was completely unaware of any collections to and asked to see the credit report. Now visibly agitated, he returned with the report, pointing out and misquoting various sections. I told him I wanted to follow up with Equifax to investigate and dispute the one charge that seemed to be erroneously showing up in collections from 2011. Eager to make a sale rather than allow me to address concerns, he persistently challenged me, asking if I was displeased because he could not meet my exact terms. Again, I stated that I wanted to investigate the collection item before agreeing to an inflated APR. Logically, resolving this would entitle me to better savings? Joe became irate and exclaimed "let me walk you to the door". Before we had even reached the door he repeated "have a good day" several times, looming over my friend with the knee injury (who was walking with a cane) as he tried to make his way out the door. We were all in disbelief and at this point and I was furious. I repeated back to him "have a nice day". Seeing we were not taunted, he stormed back in the building like a pouty child. Sales Manager, Casey Lloyd, pursued us outside and apologized (which I am certain is part of their regular routine). Casey explained the credit report but after two negative experiences, I had no interest in negotiating. I am still genuinely baffled as to why Joe became so defensive because I wanted to contest an item on my credit report. I felt as though he stigmatized me when I told him I really wanted a Ford F150 but that it was not in my price range. He said I must want it to "fish and hunt" and reminded us several times thereafter how things were much different in his hometown of Philly. I am an artist and a writer and actually do not fish or hunt. The following day, I went to Carriage Nissan in Gainsville where James Westbrooks and Anthony Hernandez offered me a newer car in a comparable price range with half the interest rate. This solidified my belief that Rick Case is a disreputable dealership, only interested in maximizing commission. More

I knew which car I wanted to buy, and I knew it was a great deal already going in. Iba Ndiaye was very helpful and put me at ease with the car buying experience. I never felt that I was dealing with a "used car salesman" like at some other dealerships. In fact, I felt pampered and well taken care of! I love my gently used car and I would go back and deal with them again if they had a car that I wanted. I thought everyone was fair and personable. More

While Joe and Ken Hinger, under dire circumstances, were able to fulfill all that I had on my wish list. On 8/7/14, I pulled off the lot in a 2011 Sonata Limited that was fully loaded. I am extremely grateful and will send others that I know or who I'll come in contact with directly to Rick Case in Duluth, GA. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! God Bless! Deborah Carter Martin More

Which i have it almost a year with 12000 miles on it. I told the lady that if i trade this i will be upside on my Loan, but the lady said we are giving so many incentive that we might cover all the negative equity on the car and you will be driving a new hyundai sonata in no time. So she made me think to check out the program, which i did on saturday, i ask my friend along with to witness it as my previous experience wasn't that good too. I went at 2:00 and found out that there is no special activity is arranged. After showing the letter and telling them about the call i received for the program. I wasn't took seriously and push me to the side with a sales person like regular deal. I told the whole story to the sales person for the upside down on my loan if i try to do this, but he ignored everything and trying to sell me a car with the same payment on the smaller car with the same amount of loan time, and when i start giving him reason that why should i buy new car when my payments are not lowering and why to move from Suv to smaller car, he got irritated and started trying to educate me on loan calculation, on which my friend intervened saying it doesn't make sense to have a deal like this & ask sales guy that you are not trying to sell him a car, So the salesmen said yes(means he is not trying to sell) & was giving me the impression while being very irate that we wasted his precious time. So i learned my lesson to not to go Rick case Huyndai never in my life, and will ignore their calls and letters. More

After a few hits and misses, I ended up at this dealership in Duluth. Darrow greeted me inside, and immediately had me behind the wheel of a Tucson rocking a test drive. I loved the Limited Edition Walking Dead edition of the car, but was looking for a slightly different package in my color of choice. After some talking and searching their system, we determined that what I was looking for would be available shortly (other dealerships couldn't even tell me that). They did ask me how much I liked the limited edition TWD version (answer: a lot!), and whether I would consider working out a good price on it. So we did just that. Typical car sales tactics of negotiation ensued... Darrow was definitely a great sport in the process, though, and kept the pressure low while was good cop to Casey's almost-as-good cop. He even lent me his own phone charger while we were talking and working out the deal. In the end, we landed on a price that was lower than their Internet-advertised special and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in. I'm now he PROUD owner of the first Walking Dead Tucson they've sold... And I couldn't be happier. Definitely ask for Darrow when you go in... Great, great guy. More

I asked about a different model as well and we scheduled an appointment. I called a day earlier to see if I could come then and he said, "YES! Come now." I went later that day. He had two quotes ready for me. I test drove and in about an hour, Phillip had all teh paperwork completed and I walked out with a brand new lease on an Elantra. Easy to work with, quick on the paperwork! That's my kind of dealership! More

He went way above the call of duty to ensure that I was satisfied. When I got to the dealership, we could not find the car that I was looking for so I left. When he found it, he drove the car to my house for inspection. His customer service skill was outstanding. Are you looking for car? Go and look for Mr. Louis Thompson. More
