That is going to the car dealership and going back and forth witht the used car salesman. Well to my surprise.my experience at Rick Case with RL Williams was far from that. my wife and I were both pleasantly surprised by the relaxed manner for which we were approach. RL really listened to our needs and narrowed down our selection to the right amount of vehicles. His non pushy approach was really appreciated. his knowledge of the product lines and the way he explained the overall process was welcomed. Thank you form his approach and for having such a valued associate. I have already advised several of my friends about the value at Rick Case and more importantly the attentiveness of the sales staff. My overall experience from GM CeDaniel to RL, to Phillip in Finance and Tammy is Service has influenced my decision to complete this survey. Well done team!! RD More

When a Service Department goes above and beyond, its A+++ Its a strong statement when someone or even I say that I had the best experience ever at a service department. Let me sum it up. I took my 2009 Hyun Its a strong statement when someone or even I say that I had the best experience ever at a service department. Let me sum it up. I took my 2009 Hyundai Genesis into the service department to have a brake pedal issue where it goes to the floor before it engages. The car is out of warranty by 13months and only had 32k miles. They found the problem to be an ABS pump, new the part costs $5000+, remanufactured the cost is less but still repairs were over $2000. I initially did not want to do the repairs as I didn't want to sink that much into a car that wasn't worth more than $15k to me, I was going to consider just trading it in for something else. So I declined the repairs and went home. Less than 1hr later, Tammy (service manager) called me to tell me that my Service Advisor Lijo talked to her about how the ABS pump was bad, and how its unsafe to drive and I declined the repairs due to cost. Tammy then explained to me they called Hyundai USA and managed to get the entire repair done at NO COST to me. They were so concerned with my safety that they asked me to return the car immediately to the dealership and put me in a loaner until the repairs are done. Now tell me that isn't service? Tell me that isn't concern for someone's safety and tell me that isn't going above and beyond? That is truly why this was the best experience Ive had ever at a Service Department. Tammy Baker is "THE GREATEST SERVICE MANAGER OUT THERE". I have to give an ENORMOUS SHOUT OUT to her! Every time I go there for service on my vehicle, she makes is "THE GREATEST SERVICE MANAGER OUT THERE". I have to give an ENORMOUS SHOUT OUT to her! Every time I go there for service on my vehicle, she makes a customer's experience feel like an awesome friendship in the making.
