That all changed when I went to Rick Case and met John Tran. John was pivotal in helping me find the vehicle I had been searching for. It is a great SUV and had all the options I had been looking for and I saved thousands on the purchase price! Hats off to the Rick Case "dream team", John Tran, Jonathon Kim and Chett Rolle, for making the whole process seamless and relatively pain free. I am currently enjoying the heck out of my new acquisition and if anyone I know is on the hunt for one of their own, I will definitely refer them to Rick Case. You guys are simply awesome! More
Great Car....Customer Service could be better! I recently purchased a 2016 Sonata. I Love this car. I worked with Debbie initially and she was great. She assisted me with all of the paperwork. The process to purchase through XChange Leasing for Uber can be a lengthy one. She explained everything. My initial issue wasn't with her, but was with her colleague. I spent 2 and 1/2 hours there initially. Not a big deal. Debbie had to leave, so she left the delivery of the car to another sales rep. I was told that the car would be ready for pick up when I arrived. I waited an entire hour and a half because the car was being filled up with gas. Long story short my friend was in the lot and the car that I was given had been there since we arrived. I watched this gentleman walk around and talk to others while I waited. I value my time and the time of others evidently he doesn't. Finally he came to get me stating the car was ready and gave me a 3-5 minute overview on features. I purchased a Nissan last year and my features demonstration lasted for close to 15 minutes. He stated that he would call to set up Bluelink the following day. It's still not set up. I failed to mention that he gave me the WRONG car. The VIN was completely different. I just happened to grab the second key the next morning. When it didn't work, I knew something was off. I thought maybe it's the wrong spare key. It was the wrong car. I realized the issue and contacted the dealership immediately. He called me back and left a message saying that I may have the wrong car....sir, I already verified that it is the wrong car, please don't play games. When I received my car, that I verified the miles on during the test drive, there was almost 100 additional miles on the car. It is 17 miles from the dealership to my job. You do the math! When I questioned salesman #2, he said that the car had been parked all night. When I asked about the mileage, he said well maybe we gave the car to another Uber driver. Listen, mistakes happen! Honesty is important and at this point there was no reason to lie but he did. All I wanted was an acknowledgement of the issue and a real heartfelt apology. I attempted to reach out to my original salesperson but got no response to my calls or emails. That really made me sad because I really liked working with her. It wasn't until I sent an email to the manager, that I received an apology. I love my car.....I did not like the service that I received. The manager advised me to come in to get the other issues resolved and I will as soon as my schedule allows. Salesman #2 (Henry) do better! Every customer, even those working with other reps, are important. I did refer my colleague to you to purchase a new vehicle. After she heard my story, she opted to purchase her 2016 Elantra elsewhere. More
I was greeted upon entering dealership with respect. I rate Rick Case Hyundai a 5 Star because the atmosphere is very comfortable, I was greeted respectfully upon entering the dealership. My sales rep Hamilton gave me a tour of the facility just before delivering my new 2016 Sonota SEthat was well detailed. Hamilton went over everything in the car to make sure that I was comfortable with the knowledge of operating my new vehicle because of the technology. Very, Very, Very, Very Disappointed I purchased a 2016 Santa Fe around October 11th of this year. When I did not receive my new tag/title paperwork I called my county tag office. I was I purchased a 2016 Santa Fe around October 11th of this year. When I did not receive my new tag/title paperwork I called my county tag office. I was just told that Rick Case canceled my title on December 10th. I have been trying to get clarification on my tags for over a month but the people in the tag/title office at Rick Case do not return phone calls. I have been driving around with illegal tags because Rick Case cannot handle simple paperwork. Just like used car salespeople, once the deal is done, you are on your own. When I finally got someone to take my call in the tag/title department (after having left the dealership general manager a voice mail), all I got were excuses. I should NOT have had to call to get this squared away. I should have received a phone call explaining the situation to me, but Rick Case's staff did not feel I deserved to know I had illegal tags. I could have gone to the county tag office and picked up an extended temporary tag while thiis was sorted out. This is my second new vehicle from Rick Case and this sloppiness will most definitely affect my decision when I am ready for a new car.
