Service? What Service?!? I have a faulty engine, They are saying it will be replaced, so they get one star. When that might be they can not give me even an estimate. I have to let the phone ring forever (average of 15 minutes each time) to hear that they answer and put me right back on hold. I spoke to Tammy (the service manager) all she wanted to do was tell me they were doing me a favor to even take my car in. If you want to talk to someone there I suggest going there to ask. More
Got a recall letter and took my car in - Rick Case said they had to examine the car to see if it was eligible (even though I had the letter). They never called about the repair - called 2 months later and again they tried to pressure me into overpriced and in some cases unnecessary work. The service tech (Alex) told me that I should get new spark plugs at 56k miles. Any google search will tell you that Genesis recommends new spark plugs at 97k miles. All of the services they offered were overpriced, even for a dealership. No return phone calls from Tammy. Bait and Switch Operation - avoid Rick Case. More

Horrible service and unethical. I was interested in a Hyundai Santa Cruz that was at this dealership. When we arrived to look at the vehicle, the advertised price (on their web page) was increased by alm Hyundai Santa Cruz that was at this dealership. When we arrived to look at the vehicle, the advertised price (on their web page) was increased by almost $6000 worth of cheesy add-ons (paint protection, interior protection, window tinting) that are very cheap for the dealership to add on, but obviously a built-in, unadvertised profit add-on. Very misleading and disingenuous at best, false advertising at its worst. Regardless, we were able to put together some numbers with the sales person and sales manager and I was to return the following morning with my car to evaluate for a trade-in offer. I asked repeatedly to put a deposit or hold the car as we planned to purchase the next morning, but my deposit and hold was repeatedly refused. This morning a service light came on in my Lexus, so I texted the salesperson that I was taking my car to the Lexus dealer to evaluate the issue so they could properly evaluate the trade-in and would be on my way afterwards. I also texted when I had left the dealership and was driving there. While driving, I got a text message from the salesperson that the truck had been sold. When I arrived at the dealership, the Sales Manager told me that he sold the truck although he knew that we had agreed last night pending my trade-in evaluation and he knew I was on my way there. Very shady and unethical dealership - from the outrageous $6K markup with undesirable dealer add-ons to the shady underhanded dealings of selling the truck when we already had an agreement pending trade-in numbers and they knew I was on my way. A huge contrast to the outstanding customer service I have always received from Nalley Lexus. Hyundai should remove their brand from this dealership. More
I was told a warranty safety part was ordered back in August and would be in -in a few days. I made an apt for today and when I approached Service desk- Service Assoc was rude, not attentive, his body la August and would be in -in a few days. I was upset as I drove 45 min and made an apt. Not only did I waste about 2 hours of my time, I was treated rudely at the service desk. I left and did speak with Tammy and she was very apologetic for his actions but if he treats me this way, how many other people will be treated that way? Not happy with this dealership!!!!!! More
Their new car prices are much higher due to "mandatory" dealer accessories that run up the price by thousands of dollars. We purchased a Palisade and were told we would receive free oil changes. The car alerts us to the need for an oil change every 3500 miles but Case says the free oil changes are done every 7500 miles.
