I had been to nearly every dealership in the area and heard many, many sales pitches from a plethora of individuals who seemed to be reading from a script and even "literally" making things up in some cases ("Yes, Maam, you can plug our electric car into any street lamp post should you later choose to move into an apartment (said a guy over at Mall of GA Honda, SMH)). I was exhausted and it was a breath of fresh air meeting Mr. Shaw, as he took the time to really listen, in order to better understand my needs. He explained the awesome Rick Case Power Train Warranty and it became evident that Rick Case Hyundai offered consumers a way better deal than others. Mr Shaw was very approachable and personable as I asked questions (I asked alot) and didn't attempt to Rush me into signing any paperwork as most had done before & allowed me time to make a diligent decision regarding the investment I was preparing to make. I truly appreciated those qualities about him and at that point I decided that Rick Case would be the Dealership I wanted to purchase from. I received top rate professional service as well as an adequate amount of attention regarding any and all concerns that I have had. They found exactly what I wanted/needed.
