My wife had pre-selected the Genesis she wanted, and Blessing was quick to get us in a test drive. The overall experience was enhanced by Sales Manager Chris Smith, who went out of his way to meet our concerns. Got to say the sit down with F&I guy Josh, was a pleasure. His personality and thoroughness made everything seem so smooth. In 1996, we purchased our first car with the team at Rick Case, and I am so glad that we came back for this purchase! NO CUSTOMER CARE They will tell you are approved for a car... Only to drive it for a few weeks and receive a call stating the bank never processed your information. The General manager was completely dismissive when it came to my inconvenience. I was displeased with the deception. After taking the car back that I was thought approved they tried to approve a basic model... I was placed back in my vechical that was traded in only to have no tag. The sales person told me he gave to me .. When we BOTH know that's a lie.. My old car was set to display with a 2013 banner and the car is a 2014 so that explains how honest this dealership is.. I was doing these transactions on a lunch break! I have severe ANXIETY, and this matter was going on for about 3 weeks! I had to take off work to get a new tag and I had an anxiety episode. This ALL could've been resolved the same day they knew I wasn't approved! More
