Sneaky I bought a 2015 car last week from Rick Case in Duluth. I had looked at the car (2015 Hyundai Tuscan) a few days earlier and shopped around at other d I bought a 2015 car last week from Rick Case in Duluth. I had looked at the car (2015 Hyundai Tuscan) a few days earlier and shopped around at other dealerships. Most of the negotiation was done via the phone. The price I was higher due to add-ons (warranties, etc) they said were included, then when I got to financing they said weren't. That aside, while I was in financing, signing papers, they were 'getting the car ready'. What this means is they were stripping everything out of the car that wasn't sewn in. The car mats were gone, the trunk mat,cargo cover, down to the valve stem covers, etc (all of which were in the car when I looked at it). I was told someone must have put them in another car. They did nothing to fix the issues. Salesman finally got me front seat floor mats but then I also got shorted on gas - was supposed to have a full tank, I got a quarter tank. Yes they are little fixes but basically I was missing a few hundred dollars of random things. As the salesman was putting the decal on the license plate of this 'certified pre-owned car' with supposedly no issues, I notice the tail-light was cracked on the driver side. The salesman had to go talk to the manager. I got the extended super duper warranty and I hadn't moved the car an inch. Manager said 'AS IS' and it was already mine. They refused to note it in the paperwork. The promised year of oil changes went down to two free oil changes then the paper only says for one. I still got a great car, just felt like I was dealing with a dealership that plays a shell game. Not looking forward to dealing with them in the future. More
