Taking things a step further- another employee at the service desk (Tammy Baker) tried to insult my intelligence when I went to pick up my car by telling me that the employee has a right to move my car without my permission. Really? Does Rick Case teach his employees to tell customers off - she also tried to charge me $ 6.00 extra on my bill until I called it to her attention - she laughed and asked me if $6 meant that much to me? Really? Rick and Rita should visit this dealership -worst customer service I have ever experienced and certainly my last Hyundai purchase or service here. Oddly enough - the service recommended a service that I just had done during the 60K service and recommended an alignment even though after I left I went across the street and had Sears do an alignment check - which proved to be false and not needed. I did find out however that the rim was bent from the Sears Auto shop - and told that an alignment would be a waste of money! It seems Rick Case Hyundai recommends additional services all the time to unknowingly customers - do yourself a favor and take your Hyundai to AutoNation Mall ofGA Hyundai or Athens, Hyundai- at least u will get an honest employee and quality service there!
