Could not be happier What a salesman! I wasn't looking for a Hyundai but Joseph's knowledge , customer service, and follow through drew me in to Rick Case. Zero pressure What a salesman! Zero pressure ,none of that "little lady" attitude, and omg was this guy prepared? The car we'd spoken about was out front, gased and ready for a test drive when i got there. I could not be happier. When your inventory gets so "top heavy" the Auctioneers recognize yo Taco Bell? McDonalds? Wendys lost one of their worst managers in Brian Seagraves! When your inventory gets so "top heavy" the Auctioneers recognize your cars and your "new salesforce" aka "auction delivery man" gets all the work at your dealership remember how great your managers are like Brian Seagraves...Just like his last name Brian is building a "SEA" of "GRAVEyard" of cars at Rick Case Hyundai! Customers should skip the middle man and go directly to their local auction. More

FriEndy and knowledgeable This is now the 5th car I have purchased at this dealership and what keeps me coming back is the staff both sales and service. They offer no pressur This is now the 5th car I have purchased at this dealership and what keeps me coming back is the staff both sales and service. They offer no pressure on the sales side but simply present you their pricing which is quite fair I might add and let you make your own decisions. The service staff is also quite knowledgeable and always tries to save you money. Add to that fact I never have to wait long. One more thing Hamilton Dueberry is an awesome salesperson. He has always been courteous and works to get you the best deal to work within your price and budget. More

I came in today to get my car serviced and just as it started raining the courtesy driver cut in fron The courtesy driver needs to review Rick's book! I came in today to get my car serviced and just as it started raining the courtesy driver cut in front of me and parked in the express entrance - ok! I pulled my car behind his and went inside to drop off the key! All of a sudden the guy comes back and demands that I move my car so that he can back out. I asked him why he decided to park in the express garage and he tells me he didn't want to get wet! I told him I would move after my ticket was written up so he walks over and says he will do it - I told if touched my car I would call the police. After I grabbed the GM - I went back outside and my car was gone - not in the shop -missing! 10 minutes later my car emerges and is pulled into the garage! This employee should be fired- totally unacceptable! I would have called the Gwinnett Police but the GM said he would take care of it. I had planned on getting my front right rim replaced and the oil changed (62K) but I'm so livid about this I told the service department just to change the oil. Rest assure - somebody at Rick Case Hyundai owes me an apology - the employee needs a reprimand and re-training - I'll take my business to Athens Hyundai next time - shameful service! More
