I sat down with Desiree Johnson and said she was going to get me in a car , of course I didn't believe her. She worked out a lot of things and made it happened. She told me she was able to put in something but didn't know for sure because the banks were closed, so she would call next day to come sign paperwork. She was very confident but I wasn't, because some dealers will sell you a dream. The next day she called and said you're approved come sign your papers, I was excited. More

One terrible and one good experience I came in twice, the first time the experience was bad and you all are lucky i even came back. The first time they gave me a guy who was in his first week of working there and he didn't give me adequate info on the cars and didn't "sell" me on buying a car with you all. He then pushed me off to a sale person who thought i was an idiot who gave me a credit score that was 90 points below what i know my credit to be and gave me pricing that was 4-5 thousand more than the actual price of the car. he pressured me into taking his terrible deal and almost got upset when i said no. Again you all are lucky i even came back and he's lucky i forgot his name. The second visit was much better, mainly thanks to Daniel and Dale who were much better than the first people i met with. Daniel was great and the main reason i bought a car there. Dale was good too and i thought offered me a fair deal without treating me like an idiot. More

I can't recall his name but he was another African American man, bald head and wore glasses. He worked with locating cars on other lots. He was the one who actually found the color of the Santa Fe I wanted in white in your Roswell location and had them bring it to Gwinnett! I originally went in to gain some information on the vehicle of my choice and get down payment and financing information. I planned on returning home with my older vehicle then returning in a few weeks. Fortunately enough I left with my new 2017 Santa Fe in "White" the same day!
