My brother and sister-in-law bought a car there last summer and had a wonderful experience. We hoped for the same. We were greeted by Daniel Kidd. We were not that familiar with Hyundais and Daniel was very knowledgeable. After deciding on a used car, we worked with Robert Baptiste during the negotiating process. Robert was friendly and made the deal! Even the finance manager, Dong Kim, was pleasurable. Overall, from our first step into the dealership show room to when we drove our car off the lot, it was a great experience. Compared to what we experienced at the other dealerships, it was stellar! In fact, he showed us both the Santa Fe & the Santa Fe Sport to compare and more easily understand the differences between the two. We finally decided on the Santa Fe. Kevin then introduced us to a service repesentive who answered service & warranty related questions. We were satisfied with the vehicle we chose and sales related service we were given. More

Excellent Service! I was having my vehicle serviced and felt like inquiring about the trade-in program. Great with standard line, not so much with luxline Sales floor team was friendly and knowledgeable of standard line. I purchased an Equus, and some of the "luxury" features and services stated when I Sales floor team was friendly and knowledgeable of standard line. I purchased an Equus, and some of the "luxury" features and services stated when I researched online are only available on the NEW 2017 cars at Rick Case. The sales person had an issue setting up the bluelink free trial and my Hyundai website. Only when I tried to set up these services online myself on Mon 1/6, did the non responsiveness begin. I needed to schedule a follow-up visit to repair chipped paint. I called to schedule a valet pick up within a week of purchase. Only after calling the dedicated Equus customer service line and bluelink myself did I learn that the dealership has to set up certain services. The "At your service" luxary benefit was not honored on my 2016 vehicle although I am the first retail owner of the vehicle, and there were 690 miles on the car the day I purchased (1/14/17). Still no follow-up after being told by the Equus customer service team that my concerns have been escalated to Adam, a manager at Rick Case. Love my car, but don't look for the luxury perks or service from Rick Case Hyundai unless you are dropping big bucks on a 2017 newly renamed G80 or G90 with 500 miles or less on it. Although the Rick Case team will not get more of my business, Regina and RL were nice and the Hyundai brand is solid. More

They were not pushy, like so many other dealerships, instead were very patient and very thorough to answer all our numerous questions. I have yet to use their service department but if it's anything like their sales department I'm sure my upcoming visits will go well. From my experience without question would recommend these folks to check out if you're looking for a car. More
