The salesman was knowledgeable about the car and was customer service oriented. The management team at Rick Case were very concerned with my experience, checking in with me several times throughout the car purchasing process to ensure I was satisfied. Even after the sale, they followed up with me one last time and provided business cards with their direct lines to call them with questions or issues I may encounter. I will return to this dealership when it is time for my next car. More

I had already picked out a Volvo xc60 and that is what I wanted. I didn't want to look at anything else. But from the minute we stepped out of the car there was a certain energy among the sales people that I had not seen anywhere else. My husband had stopped in the day before and Mr Baptiste had set him up with a wonderful salesperson. Chianna, was young, motivated to sell, and took our needs and wants into consideration with every car she showed us. No less than 4 salespeople asked us if we were being helped. We've been looking for a car for a couple of weeks so we've visited many dealerships and we have been on some lots for 15 minutes without one person ever approaching us. I still wasn't sold on a car but I was very impressed with everyone we came in contact with. Mr Baptiste offered to let us test drive the car and return it the next day. That is what sold me. By the time I was home we had decided that was the car. We didn't even go and look at anything else. We love the car but I must tell you it was the combination of the excellent customer service, as well as, the warranty and culture of the dealership that sealed the deal. From sales to financing we felt that everyone was working to make the experience as easy and pleasant as possible. Dale worked his magic and put together a great deal. I will send my friends, family, and neighbors to see Mr Baptiste and his team. He has done an incredible job of developing an exceptional sales team. Thanks to all of the people at Rick Case Hyundai! He was knowledgeable, professional, sweet, and very pleasant to deal with. If you are looking for a new Hyundai, go see him, tell him Angie sent you. You will not regret it. Rick Case should give him a bonus for helping me. I had a lot of questions. The sales manager, Robert Baptiste, was just as memorable. He worked with the figures and I feel like gave me the best deal he could. He also was knowledgeable, professional, sweet and a pleasant man to deal with. He was probably pulling his hair out behind his desk. And the Finance manager, Eric Kim, was also the same. I was there several hours making this huge decision and got very hungry. Mr. Kim gave me a pastry from his own dinner. You can’t get any better than that. I had questions about the sales and Ad Valorem taxes. He went over the whole contract line by line with me. Prior to finding Rick Case, we dreaded going to a dealership even to look let alone buy a vehicle, but Rick Case changed all of that negativity towards dealerships and the car buying experience. We would highly recommend the dealership and the vehicles. We have purchased all Hyundai's and have a great experience with the different models they have, i.e. Santa Fe, Sonata, Elantra, etc. We have also used their Service Dept, which we find to be also excellent in customer service, etc. More
