He got us a salesperson and her name was Chianna Massey. She was very knowledgeable and informative of my vehicle that I chose. They were very accommodating of our son she had with us who is 10. They let him walk around the show room and sit in vehicles while we did paperwork, and made him feel like he was there and no Invisible. The financing went very smooth as well. Dale helped us out a lot with the financing. I was more than impressed with my visit! More

My sales person was Joseph and he worked the pricing for me before I arrived and helped us thru the entire process to buy a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. I was given a price that I thought could not be true so we drove from Florida to Atlanta to look at the cars he had quoted. I was very surprised that the price was what was quoted no extra taxes or dealer prep of any of the hundred thinks I have been told at other car dealers once I arrived. My daughter was offered a 2016 cost sheet with only 4 lines on it vehicle cost, dealer fee, taxes and trade-in. It was very easy to see what they were charging. Even better we were on a time line and only had 2 and a half hours before we need to leave. They were more than prepared. In that time we test drove two vehicles, Got her car evaluated for trade in met with the sales manager for the trade in value, worked all the paperwork and got through the finance department in 2 hours and 15 minutes. Add to that the finance manager had only been there 5 days and made sure everything was corrected so there would be no problems registering the car when we returned to Florida. So the service was some of the best I have ever seen but even better my daughter bought a car that we had priced at several places in Florida for more than $2000 less than anywhere we had tried. The price she paid and the value of her car were more that fair; This was the first time I have ever bought a car and did not have to negotiated price. Thank you Joseph! More

The finance manager Karen save the deal majorly. She understood my concerns and fix the problem that sales manager created. It is an experience that with the sales manager ruined the whole dealership experience but because of the attitude and kindliness of everyone else l, their respect is what creates an amazing experience. We found the perfect vehicle for us at an unbelievable price. Our Salesperson, Robert Baptise and another sales associate, Regina Gladmon, could not have treated us any better, been more receptive and understanding of what we wanted, and worked so hard to put the deal together then they did. We were so impressed with the dealership. From the moment we walked in at noon on Sunday until we drove off the lot in our new vehicle everyone we came in contact with was so pleasant and helpful. I've never enjoyed the financing department so much even though we were paying cash. Karen Dewhurst was great. We have never had such an awesome car buying experience. We are now lifetime customers of Rick Case and plan on telling all our friends. More

Overall Bad Experience, Do not buy from Rick Case Duluth We purchased a CPO 2015 Azera from the Duluth location after being a loyal BMW customer to find out that Hyundai CPO and Rick Case CPO have two totall We purchased a CPO 2015 Azera from the Duluth location after being a loyal BMW customer to find out that Hyundai CPO and Rick Case CPO have two totally separate definitions and it's all a play on words. First, the car had 2 slick bald tires (Both CPO's read tires have to have a certain amount of tread depth) so the car had obviously not gone through the 150 point inspection as it should have before being sold. We purchased the car at night and in the rain so it was hard to tell, this is where trust comes in to play as it should have been taken care of already. Second, "Car only comes with one key fob and no manual key says RL" (The worst employee at Rick Case, Mr. no personality) What car only comes with one key fob and no actual key you may ask? Rick Case Duluth cars that's what cars only come with this fine option. (My wife is pissed at this point because it's her car) We came in four days later (Trip #2) noticed that everybody involved in the car sale only looked at the ground, would not make eye contact or ask "Hi how are you". We made enough noise on the sales floor that we got to discuss our experience with the general manager Chris Smith who graciously took our complaints on the chin, had two new tires installed and approved second key fob. (Chris is an Ex BMW employee which is where he got his customer service training from and just took care of the issue. Thanks, Chris!) later on we received word that the second key fob (trip #3) was in but the key maker machine could not make mechanical keys that worked in the vehicle so we picked up the second key fob and amazingly it worked and were told that we could come get the keys when they arrived from Hyundai. Received call that they keys were in (trip #4) Keys worked because they did not come from Rick Case Duluth. We also bought the extended Rick Case warranty because we were told by finance dept personnel that the vehicle came with a 3yr\36k warranty, wrong! The vehicle is actually covered for 5yr\60k so no need for the warranty anymore. We were told by finance that if we wanted to cancel the warranty at any time that we could do so, wrong again! Finance company will not change the monthly payment but did receive the check back from the Rick Case warranty dept so still not sure how that is going to play out but pretty sure in their favor somehow. So the moral of this story is do not take you're business to Rick Case in Duluth as we would have gladly spent the additional 10-15K to purchase another vehicle from BMW. Rick and Rita Case, you're dealership really sucks at this car selling customer service fake award winning thing. We don't trust you or like you and will take our message far and wide across the state of GA. We would be glad to pay you in Rick Case bucks which will be as worthless as the illusion of you're crappy dealership, I hope you all have a horrible sales quarter, I gave you 4 thumbs down out of 4. Oh, I don't want to forget the 17 unanswered calls and emails from a wide range of Rick Case Duluth's Staff to get the warranty worked out and to receive our original paperwork that was emailed (Not) then mailed (Not) then mailed again. More
