His intellect, capability, and experience were evident in addressing our questions regarding financing and payment options. He even helped us to make a two part payment, even though it ended up being more work for him, instead of having us make a single payment, then making the second payment to the bank we'd arranged out financing with. We even got to speak briefly with the Will, the sales manager, who really drove home the impression of a culture of customer satisfaction. My wife and I love Hyundai cars.
