World Class Customer Service I had a fantastic experience at Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth, GA. We went in looking for an SUV that had 3-rows. The vehicles we were considering wer I had a fantastic experience at Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth, GA. We went in looking for an SUV that had 3-rows. The vehicles we were considering were the Hyundai Santa Fe and Kia Sorento. This dealership went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best possible vehicle for the needs of our family. Since the Rick Case Kia dealership is right next door, they even went over to and brought a Sorento onsite for us to examine side-by-side. At no time did we feel any pressure from the staff at Rick Case Hyundai. We received top notch customer service from the entire team. Special thanks to Robert Baptiste, Daniel Kidd, Henry Olowu, and Dale Allen. This entire team made our shopping experience pleasant. Even my 4-yr old son and 8-yr old daughter were taken care of very well (Cheetos always help!, thank you Daniel!!) More

Saturday before Easter Velo greeted us appropriately, when we arrived on the lot. He did a very good job listening to what we wanted and meeting our needs. Within two hours Velo greeted us appropriately, when we arrived on the lot. He did a very good job listening to what we wanted and meeting our needs. Within two hours we had made the agreement to purchase (after two test drives). Robert was also very clear and helpful about our arrangement. From that point the day got very long. We were at your site from 10:30am to 5:00pm. The computer system malfunctioned, and apparently there is no back-up plan for if paperwork can't be printed. We literally had to scratch out another customer's information to get the necessary paperwork processed for us. Mariana in Service did a good job helping answer some questions, but from the time we saw her we were feeling babysat, because apparently Finance was overloaded that day. Irwin was nice, but we can't imagine why it took over three hours to get from full purchase agreement to actually seeing the Finance man. After Finance, we still had to wait for my vehicle to be cleaned, and the cleaning job was only adequate. I had to return to deliver my car to get a ding fixed (revisit 1), to pick up my fixed car which was again not well-cleaned before deliver (revisit 2), and to sign yet another form that was apparently missed during the long purchase process (revisit 3). I like the car. I don't like the car-buying experience. More
