No high pressure sales pitch - the salesman really seemed interested in understanding what I wanted and helping me find the car that would be best for me. Once I had made a selection they didn't have a car with all the options I wanted on the lot but they found it and had it ready for delivery within the week. They made me a great offer as far as price and financing, without any of the usual "this is only good for today" hype and pressure. This is probably the first car I have bought that I really enjoyed the entire process. I would send any of my friends and family to Rick Case and feel confident they would be treated right. More
