That dealership is about 40 miles fro My wife and I were looking for a used Acura TSX. I saw an internet listing for that auto at Rick Case Hyundai. That dealership is about 40 miles from our home, so I called the dealership and spoke with one of the managers to see if it would be possible to get the car closer to us. The manager,Joel Thomas, said he would have a salesman drive the car to our home. A couple of hours later, Ken Hinger drove the car into our driveway. He spent over 2 hours with us while we checked the car out & test it. Ken was very patient with us. I finally told Ken that the next morning I would put some money in our checking account, I would drive to the dealership, and we would talk about purchasing the car. The next morning I drove to the dealership, but we couldn't quite reach an agreement, so I thanked them for their time & went home. The next morning, Ken called to say he thought we could come to an agreement, would I come back up to the dealership? Later that day I went back to the dealership and purchased the car. Ken Hinger is a very friendly, patient, & professional salesperson,and I believe he went out of his way to help us buy the car. The handling is great, it's very roomy and gets GREAT gas mileage. I done almost all city driving since buying it and I'm averaging 26 mpg. I can't wait to see what kinds of highway mgp I get. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and I will defintely be back. More

I purchased my Hyundai Sonata, SE 2.0T in Jan 2011. The car is beautiful, is getting great gas mileage, and is fun to drive, very powerful and extremely responsive. However, it is the sales experience and service after the sale that has been so far above my expectations of a New Car Dealer Ship. Every individual I worked with at the time of purchase has shown a personal courtesy and professionalism to phone call (several from my Sales person, Byron Black which has been most helpful)to ask if paperwork had arrived and if there was anything further that they could do for me? The Finance staff called to tell me when they had requested the title and again to see if it had arrived when they expected it to so I could get my tag. I have had occasion to meet and get to know the service staff. They had a loaner car available right on schedule and got me in and out, including the return of my car, on the schedule they promised and all the paperwork was accomplished in a very prompt manner with no fuss. I am equally impressed with Hyundai Corporate. A survey received after the sale was very professional and I feel like my time was well spent in giving them my experience and my pleasure with Rick Case and the service I have enjoyed. I have told several managers at Rick Case how pleased I am with the Dealership and its staff and it is a pleasure to be able to highly recommend their product and dealership with such confidence that mine is not the unusual good experience but I think is what customers can expect and will receive from Rick Case Hyundai. My Experience was great. I dealt with a young honest salesman, who showed me all the atractions of the 2011 Sonata. Which I must say is beautiful car. I was in and out in a couple of hours The Managers were excellent. And Reginald gave me what I wanted and we were all happy at the end. I got what I wanted and so did Reginald and the Rick Case Managerial staff. I had been in my car for 10 years and recieved the blue book value on it. I got the color I wanted and they even added leather seats to my Sonata GL. Which doesn't come with it and I got it at resonable price. This is my first time in a Hyundai Sonata GL. When I left the dealer they gave me a full tank of gas which lasted me seven days and I am a traveling hospice nurse. And that was just what I needed coming from a Lincoln to a Sonata, especially with the gas prices raising. Reginald is the best salesman that I have ever had. It wasn't his knowledge or the deal. It was really The unique customer service that I experienced. I know he was working to get me the best everything for my buck. And that is what counts. I would recommend him to everyone and the Rick Case team. God Bless!!! More
