I am a salesperson myself, and as such, I realize that my customers want to feel like they are getting a deal. We felt that Mr. Scott knew he "had" us since we drove all the way from Knoxville, TN to Georgi customers want to feel like they are getting a deal. We felt that Mr. Scott knew he "had" us since we drove all the way from Knoxville, TN to Georgia to look at this car, and so he would not budge one inch on on pricing. Moreover, I felt he was very smug about it. He basically told us this is the price, and we could either take it or leave it. Obviously, since we did drive all that way, we knew we were going to leave with the car regardless of whether or not the salesperson budged on the pricing because it was a good deal on a 2008 Hyundai Sante Fe. However, we also left with a bad taste in our mouths. This company may be able to lure people in with the promise of a good price, but customer service and relationships is what keeps customers coming back. My experience at the dealership was great. It started with Stephan. If it was not for him I would not have come in the beginning.
