Rick Case Hyundai Duluth

I went to Rick Case to test drive a 2011 Elantra. Unfortunately they didn't have one and only 1 dealership in the Atlanta area had one. He was excellent about keeping us in contact while my car was on order....In fact it was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. I would highly recommend him and the entire Rick Case staff. I will send others to them and will be returning when its time for the next car. More

I gave him my information and he gave me updates on their inventory without pestering me. I came in two more times and eventually found a car that I closed on. I believe that because I was patient, it made it easier for the sales team to work and do their best for me. I don't know for sure how my experience would have differed if purchasing the car had been a more urgent matter, but I imagine the sales team would still be as friendly as they were. More

I do have one suggestion though and that would to be to have the mileage warranty extended longer than a 1000 miles it doesn't take long to get to a 1000. : ) I also would like to recognize Derwin Ware as well. My car emission wasn't done and I paid out of pocket I went to the office, but that particular department was closed Mr. Ware took my information and said he was going to make sure that I get reimbursed my money.
