I went in with a CarMax estimate on my old car and my credit union financing in hand, and they beat both estimates. They didn't try to sell me a lot of extra stuff at the end of the deal. Overall a rather easy and straight forward deal. More
First they told me that my color wasn't available for 1,300 miles. To get me to buy another color, they sent me a price in writing over e-mail that was $400 less than what I wanted to offer. I was exci 1,300 miles. To get me to buy another color, they sent me a price in writing over e-mail that was $400 less than what I wanted to offer. I was excited about that. It specifically said there were to be no other fees than the title and sales tax. However, in the final minutes of the sale, they raised the price by $599 with a docking fee. They asked me to change my price after all of that work. When I wouldn't, they were extremely rude to me. The next day, I found out that another local dealer actually had the color I wanted all along. The other dealer sold me the car at the price I wanted. Beware of this dealerships shady tactics! More

However, Maurice and his supervising manager were very cooperative and proactive in finding this car. So, for a very reasonable and competitive price, I could get what I really wanted. In particular, Maurice was really nice, polite, and courteous. He was always willing to help me whenever I have questions or requests. I have never seen such a nice car dealer. If I can buy another car later, I would like to buy it from Maurice McMillan. More
great employee Emmanuel. There was a 2012 Elantra GLS that just came in that afternoon that I've gone to visit, and it wasn't until tomorrow that he can show it to his customers. But he did it anyways with his manager's permission. We loved it how he gave us that opportunity. Now we're seeing if our finance fits the budget because we sure don't want to default on a loan. More
I purchased a new vehicle from Rick Case Gwennete Ga. My sales rep was very professional and I felt he did a good job and represented both his organization and my best intrests. The problem came down to the sales rep was very professional and I felt he did a good job and represented both his organization and my best intrests. The problem came down to the finance department. After 5 hours at the dealer selecting and purchasing my new vehicle, I missed some details in the financing and ended up over paying. Little thigs like chaging more for title fees than the state (or other similar dealers) charges. Originally I was refered by a friend who bought a car from them the week before. When I arrived at the dealer I asked for the same salesman but he was out that day so another sales rep helped my buy car. The next day I had to return to the dealer to pick up some things for the car (how sleazy is that?). The salesman who did not help me pick out my car began to solicit me after the sale and lied to me about my sales rep. He even continued to solicit me while my sales rep was going over the functions of my vehicle during the delivery. I was shocked and eventially had to tell him to go away so my sales rep could finish helping me. I would never buy a vehicle from them again nor would I recommend anyone to them. If you do decide to purchase a vehiccle from them and you finance with Hyundai, be sure to watch the bottom line for hidden fees and over charges. I found out too late. More
I drove twenty miles to the dealership expecting to buy a specific low-cost Elantra Touring GLS, which I was told they had in stock. What I wasn't told was that the dealer had added on about $3,000 in really specific low-cost Elantra Touring GLS, which I was told they had in stock. What I wasn't told was that the dealer had added on about $3,000 in really tacky stuff which spoiled the car and made it quite expensive. I took one look at the abomination and marched back out. The salesman knew I was driving some distance and should have mentioned the $3,000 in add-ons - it would have saved me a trip. Maybe they were trying to pull off a classic bait-and-switch? I felt like they wasted my time. More
