We visited this dealer a few weeks ago. Our sales representative was Mr Glenn a very nice man. We went there to get a newer car and trade ours in. The sales manager came back with a low ball offer on our vehicle, we adviced him that we had been offer a lot more ($10,000) on our trade in at CarMax but we did not have the paper with us at that time. The sales manager told Mr Glenn to advice us that if we brough proof of what CarMax was willing to pay for our car he would match it. So we came back later that afternoon with the proof, his sales manager came over to talk with us and give us a song and dance of why he could not give us that much for our car after he had said he would. We have bought several new cars from this dealership in Florida in the passed, 5 of them. We got upsed at the sales manager for his tactics and asked for the phone number so we could contact Mr. Case. We were given a business card that had a 954 area code. We called several times and left messages, to this date we have not received a call back. Needless to say we will never buy another car from this dealership and would not recomend it to anyone. They just plain lied to our face used the old bait gain, but we did not bite. More
